I just lost my home, joint business and love in less than 6 days. All communication has been cut from me. Lewis, your #relationship playlist, was my lifeline. 24:09... SUCH a useful tool in my breakup. No more anger... certainly sadness still, but much more peace for my ex and myself. You are sharing with me that this pain, sadness is healthy. This is good. This is how I will grow... so long as I do not numb myself. I even shared and taught my children the breathing meditation practice (they have been affected by this breakup just as bad as I.. they lost their "friend dad"). Anyone who can recognize the feelings of the "victim" mentality coming on post breakup... this playlist is true medicine. With sincere gratitude... A.

Angelena Gregorio Sanford you seem like a great mother, leading by example. I feel you on taking everything as a lesson to grow from it! I recently saw my ex after almost a year of no contact, and just saw that she was still trying to numb herself. From our breakup (together 5 years), and from love in general, telling me that she was "heartless" and doesn't "feel" anymore. Lol. Always come back to love and growth :) good luck

A Course in Miracles... there is nothing but love. The ego world is what manifests and blocks the receiving and giving of love. I pray your ex is able to meditate her mind beyond the ego and accept love for herself. That is the only way she will be able to receive it in return. #divinecompensation :) Thanks for sharing with me! Have a beautiful day!!

Exactly, ideally we all grow together and do this better. This conversation is needed, commitment is honourable. Open, honest communication is key.
If we are always 'searching' for better or think something else will make us happy....grass is greener syndrome.

What an amazing podcast! I have the impression that to find our purpose in life we have to be aware of the think that most traumatized us in our early ages ( which explains that we are highly intense affected) and use to help others. And by helping others we're taking care of our inner child and healing our ancients wounds which explains that we do that not for financial rewards but for spiritual and self gratification.
This is my humble analyse of this topic. I'm just a current young woman searching for happiness.

Wow wow wow 😳 This is what i just needed!! For so many years now ive been struggling with breakup. Ive been in and out of relationships so many times with the same man. I love him so much and i just could not imagine how to stop loving, although i tried so hard!!! (like it would help) And we did so many nasty things to each other. Gosh... this is life changing!! How come i never thought of this myself? 🤔
Conscious uncoupling! Sounds soo powerful to me! Now I finally know how to leave him without making myself miserable trying to stop loving him. I finally let myself love him for all those happy moment, and stop being with him for all the bad things, things from our different missions. Yes yes yes!!! Thank you guys so so much 🙏🙏🙏 it means the whole world to me right now. #lifechanging ❤️❤️

Our children ought to be taught this in schools. Thank you Katherine for your much needed contribution, and to Lewis for being a Messenger 🙏🏼

This is a wonderful topic. I enjoy your podcasts Lewis and you've had great interviews. However, you can do a better job of listening. It especially stood out in this podcast. Ms. Woodward Thomas is the expert and yet you interjected so much (as if you were the expert) without adding any value necessarily. A lot of empty commentary. Maybe you were just really excited about the topic but it felt rude overall. It came across to me like you were playing expert. Thank you again for your work. I dig fully.

One of Katherine Woodward Thomas's video led me to this one. 400 YEAR OLD thought coming from ITALY!!!..... so what happened to people THOUSANDS of years ago, in very different parts of the world, who were also going through love breakups, etc? Even ANCIENT GODS had "FOREVER" thoughts, that did not materialize, and went to war over it.

I am spending my time trying to help myself to move on from him. All my dreams and hopes crushed. Even now he still texts me every day, once a day, sending me a picture of us each day.
