They just opened up a Bucees not too far from McKinney. It's in the city of Melissa TX.

They are starting to open up more Bucee's here. There's currently one in Melissa and one and Denton. There are tons of amazing BBQ restaurants here as well. About the weather, depends on your definition of severe. We love it here and don't feel the weather gets too severe.

Many people already priced out of McKinney/Allen, Princeton tx is quickly developing, homes(newer) are relatively cheaper, get it while you can
Princeton has the highest amount of registered sex offenders though. Also many meth labs. Do your research. Its less expensive for a reason.

Safety can mean different things to people but according to Neighborhood Scout, Prosper has the better safety rating between those 3 cities

The north Dallas suburbs are amazing! Frisco, Allen, Plano, and McKinney are all very good options.

Would you think is a good or bad idea to Dallas and take a risk without lined up job . What will you advice me in my situation.
I really can’t advise you on how much risk is good or bad for you, but lots of people have been moving here because of the opportunities available.
McKinney is the best place in the greater DFW area. No doubt in my mind. The problem is if you actually have to work in Downtown Dallas. It sucks.

I love Mckinney but one con is the lack of diversity among the various communities.
How do you define diversity? Because it seems often times like this is a secret word for there aren't enough black people here. In my neighborhood half the people are either Indian or Asian.
@@brianc9036 just as it is defined, I am sure where you li e there is diversity, but where I am there is not as much. I would like kids to grow up and see Caucasians. African Americans, , Asians, Indians, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, European, etc. Where I am it's 80+ percent Caucasians. Not that that is an issue though. People are nice a d schools are great.
I'm tired of "diversity". Every where that I see diversity turns into shit. I'm moving from California and I see what your "diversity" does to a community. I'm a minority myself but I'm not buying it anymore.
