I built a house here over ten years ago and nothing was out here. I watched it grow so beautifully! I raised both my children here and we all love it. They are now 29 & 21 & out on their own. I plan to build my last & final house (flat) & I will be staying in this area.
I bet you could make a decent profit selling that house now with the current market... :)
Is this a very diverse area?
You must know alot of successful like minded individuals there, I'm a middle aged man that will be seeking work & maybe as a barber. Any good spots for nightlife ?
Frisco is the cleanest, safest, great weather combination in Texas. It's getting crowded cause the word is out.
It sure is

I have lived in Frisco for over 10 years. It is a safe city to live in, but I wouldnât say itâs the best. Frisco is a great place for someone who values easy accesible living. The buildings are new, the stores are close, and youâll never run out of a restaurant to choose from. Thereâs almost a gas station, nail salon, and donut shop on every corner. That being said, I would not want to spend the rest of my life in Frisco. Frisco has a very materialistic culture and is very heavily focused on sports. If you identify with that culture, itâs a great place to live. However, itâs lacking in the arts department and multicultural sector. Frisco is what I would call the typical suburb. As a high school student, I have been through FISD schools for the majority of my life. The schools are new, clean, and overall good quality. One of the weaknesses of FISD schools is that they are very academically centered. The students are pushed to their limits to excel in their education. I believe FISD has provided me with a good education, but for a parent who wants their child to learn the love of learning, rather than learn how to excel at school, I donât recommend FISD. We lead a very privileged life in Frisco, and it is like a bubble. For a parent who wants their kid to be exposed to the world and learn about different experiences and cultures, I would not recommend Frisco. However, Frisco does have many luxuries that a lot of cities do not. If anyone is interested on moving to Frisco I hope this helped!
What areas in Texas would you recommend for a mother with three children? School district is very important to me. I totally agree with your statement. Iâm From NC and relocating to Texas in June.
LIBERAL.

New York is a great place of you're looking for multiculturalism

I love your energy. I want to move to Frisco so bad. Starting in April 21 Iâll be looking for a government job preferably. I hope to be a Frisco homeowner sometime in 2021. Great video.
I was born in Texas, but haven't lived there since I was 3 years old. I might move back one day, we'll see. This video gave me a lot of temptation.
Go for it!
I'm not moving to Dallas but I'm a pro MMA fighter and a Brazilian jiu Jitsu competitor. We have a tournament coming up in Frisco Texas on February 20th and I stumbled across your video.great job my bro keep up the good work it was a nice outstanding video I learned a lot more about the city just by watching your video.cuz I was looking for things to do when me and my team get out there and you covered it all. I hope these two happen in Frisco's Universal Studio:
1.) It should have Nintendo world ( At Lease, kids version ) because Frisco is proud of its only (unique) USA video game museum.
2.) Harry Potter world ( at least kids version )! If you search internet, you can see how much kids like Harry Potter related things.
I want to move from New Orleans ASAP, I am looking for jobs now. Leaping out on faith.
can you get an apartment without a job then once there find a job? I have the funds but have to find a job when I get there.
I moved here about 3.5 years from NO with my wife. Best move I ever made.
Warning people I live in frisco and it is expensive here compared to other places especially coming from New Orleans you will be shocked how the cost of living is compared to there but...the job market in DFW is amazing đ€©

Iâm from the N.O too and youâll love it...the whole metroplex. Iâm back in New Orleans but I lived in Dallas for 4 years... Iâm moving back in about 5 months. Itâs lit!!
I live in Frisco and it's a great town. If you're a fan of live sports and events we've got Toyota Stadium with FC Dallas and concerts, Dr Pepper Stadium where the Rough Riders play, Comerica Center where The Stars practice and The Legend plays and The Star which is the home of the Cowboys, not to mention the new home of the PGA. Schools are great, lots of nice neighborhoods to choose from, good people, good churches, nice community. It is getting a little congested, all the surrounding highways are toll roads and restaurants, night life and shopping aren't as developed as some other areas, but it's close to so many things including the nicest beach and park around in Little Elm. Overall it's a great place to live and I'd rank it at the top in the DFW area.
Im looking to move to Texas and Iâm bent between Frisco and Houston . Iâm a 21 yr old entrepreneur who works online and from home.
Totally different atmosphere
I'm from Houston, lived in Frisco and the weather alone is enough to pick Frisco. It's like paradise in comparison. Also the crime isn't a thing in Frisco like it is in Houston. The nearest bad neighborhood is 20 miles away while in Houston it's always 1 to 2 miles away.
We may be relocating to Dallas for work. This video is very helpful. Thank you
Your welcome Zach
I moved here from NĂ©e Orleans about 3 years ago with my wife and kid.
Best move I ever made.

I lived in Dallas for 10 years. 2008 to 2018. Now Prosper might as well be called Frisco North!! Anyway, I think the big joke is that eventually Prosper will not even be enough...let's go further north...Expand the DFW Metroplex to Oklahoma baby!! Take the Dallas North Tollway and go north more!!
Might as well đ
Your country accent took my attention this entire time

So after a year of deciding, I have decided to move to Frisco from Houston. I like the suburban/rural areas, quiet neighborhoods. I've lived in a home most of my life and now want to live in a Townhome. But I don't know where to start with this search.

@@LivingInDallasTexas Iâm actually looking to move within the next 3 months from NYC. Iâm a little pressed for time because of circumstances. Any area you would suggest for millennials thatâs interested in the cosmetic/beauty industry
@@TabathaDenise I'm sure you can do that in any area. I don't know much about your type of business but I'm sure if women live there, there's a market for that industry.
@@LivingInDallasTexas thatâs true. Last question đ€Ł what about areas near the North Park Dallas Mall & Galleria
@@TabathaDenise same answer đđ€Ł
Yeah.. We're closed in Frisco..
It's expensive to live here because of all the drifters moving here. I meet so many people who don't have family moving here and then move back because its too expensive to live here. You can't get an apartment unless you make 3x the rent, property taxes are 11k. Mortgage rate is like 4k a month. If you listen to this person and you don't make enough, you will lose thousands of dollars quickly. The jobs out here don't pay enough to make a living. So be smart and don't move to Texas. 10 years ago it was fine to move here, now its to late. I am trying to help people from making a big financial mistake. đŻ
How cultural diverse it is?
Iâm so ready to leave Georgia, and take on Texas!

Same here! From Gwinnett County to Frisco

@@necelashawn7850 Iâm moved to Tennessee instead but Iâm still moving to Texas eventually
Ok let's get real. Frisco is an upper middle class bedroom community with plenty of Karens running around. I'm sure the DEBT LOAD of it's average resident is really high to show that you can keep up with the Joneses. Houses, BMW's, trips, clothes, college tuition, furniture and other things all paid on DEBT to show you fit in. This is a status driven and materialistic city. It's all about talking about your college degrees and high powered jobs to afford those massive mortgages to fit in. Your 8 ft. high privacy fence will be just like your neighbors to fit in with the Stepford Wives subdivision look. Karens need privacy after all. As somebody who lived in Plano for awhile, I can attest to it's neighbor to the north which is like West Plano mostly. Anybody that knows about Frisco will tell you these observations of Frisco are pretty much spot on. If you want your sister cousin city in the Midwest, move to Mason, Ohio home to Kings Island amusement park. If you want REAL WEALTH where people actually OWN practically everything you see, go to Highland Park and University Park closer to Dallas. More actual wealth there and not DEBT driven appearances.
Spot on
Iâve lived in Frisco my whole life and it truly is amazing!
How about the Tornado in Frisco ? Is there any ?
Any Tornados đȘ in Frisco ?
I've lived in Plano 2003! back then their school district was considered at the top however hats off to Frisco for the many many schools that they have built best ones in the country!
Somewhat leaving plano's school district in the dust. I'm 15 minutes at the lease from Frisco and considering moving to put my kids in their school district!
I want to move there or Austin tx I heard west Texas nice to
Frisco and Austin are like chocolate and vanilla. Couldn't be more different. If you think Biden is amazing, like patchouli, or have green hair, go to Austin. If you're about family, freedom, and making your money, Frisco might be for you. It's a very diverse city with almost any food you could want.
In almost any other state. You can get a home in Frisco with actual land. 4 plus acres. Not just 4 feet from your neighbor. Been there. Know people who live there. Not all that.
Single mother of 1 moving there next June. I was born and raised there but donât know much about it from an adult prospective. School district info & diversity in Plano?
I will try to get a vid up on Plano this week but if you need some quick answers please email me at darius.holmes@exprealty or call/txt me..
I live near the PGA, it's getting crowded out here.
Hey I need to decide between Frisco or Denton. Whats the commute like between them both. Oh yeah I like very upscale living.
Hello! Are you still making videos? I keep seeing Grand Prairie is the best place to move in Dallas. Do you agree with that? Trying to move there from MI.
It's a good place to live. So many great areas here so I can't say "BEST" but it's one of them
All of the suburbs in the metroplex are nice...Grand Prairie...desoto....Duncanville...Plano. The metroplex is big.
We are planning move possibly next year..would you say the frisco area and surrounding neighborhoods would be good to raise a young family?
