Is it, "“Would you be offended if I emailed you how much this home sells for when the home sells so that you can see how this sale affects your home's value?” I didn't quite catch it because the video glitched out when you said it. I’d swap “would you be offended if…” to “would you be open-minded to…”
Great video, I implemented this on the last 3 open houses this month. Do you leave a message when you call the next day if they do not answer? How long do you keep calling? What is the next step in the follow up process if you do not get back in touch with them?

Introduce yourself to them as a "brand new agent" and tell them you would love to help them in any way with open houses or showings!!.Most top agents will have alot on thier plate, and will actually really appreciate the help! If you dont Have a chance to meet them in person. All that contact info should be at the brokerage. Get thier e mail addresses and send them a short little email with your photo and contact information, introduce yourself and ask them what they might need help with! :) Good luck, I just did my first open house and got abuot 6 super hot leads from it. people who are actively looking to buy and not working with an agent, and half of them also have a house to sell..and that was from just one open house! :)

Not sure if you still see comments on this vid, but can the sign next to the sign in sheet saying the owner is asking to sign in for security, get you in trouble if the owner hasn't asked? Worried about a number being on the dnc and you calling them cause the number was given, however, not for you to call, rather to fulfill another purpose, ie for the sellers info.
I dont do that at all..I think it is too intense. And I remember being a buyer and going to open houses. I would just put a fake number and email...What I do instead, is a talk to them first..establish a connection..I do have a sign in sheet, and I say, we love it if you would sign in, But whats even more fun is to grab one of these, and I have a little feedback form that they can take with them as they go thru the house and they can rate each space. I give them a pen and a clip board, But that sheet also has a spot to put all thier information in, They usually think its fun and feel like they are 'helping' me provide feedback, instead of being traped and forced to sign in..Then at the end we get to discuss it a little as they have to return the clip board and I get to ask them about their home buying needs..I ask them straight out if I can email them some other homes in thier preferred area, they always say yes and no one has ever not put thier information on it.
