Kingwood heavy flooding increases call for more flood mitigation efforts

The dangerously high water suffered by those in Kingwood has triggered a call for greater flood mitigation efforts from neighboring Montgomery and Liberty counties. FOX 26's Greg Groogan spoke to Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom Ramsey about his efforts.
