Hey Patrick! I want to change the gearing on my RG ST -22 as I run the Star F35A cam that´s a bit tired and rough below 3000 rpms. I´m looking at the Baker 30T Compensator Sprocket but am concerned that it´s going to change my highway rpms too much and have a good effect on the standstill - 3000 rpm but a quite bad effect on the 6th gear highway mpg.. Got any tips or ideas?
I wish I had of known this 20 years ago

So would -2/+6 sprocket changes with a ratio of 17/45 on a 2004 yamaha r1 increase acceleration with a slightly higher top speed?
Not screwing around with a chain. I guess i will have to change primary gearing.
Could u run a 1 to 1 ratio and still have really fast take off
