Front wheel traction challenge unlocked! Great Video Good Sur - It is nice to see PEVs that are affordable and keep up with traffic on the city streets for reasonable tasks and activities. The video definitely put this roadrunner on my list!
Found your page a few days ago. Love the content. Hoping to get into the e bike game here shortly. Just got to save for something decent. Keep it up man. BTW that 10k scooter video was nuts. Super fast.
I testrode one and it's crazy dangerous if you don't have any experience. Short wheelbase makes it twitchy, lessens recovery from mistakes, has massive jerky torque when you twist the throttle and low, low visibility on the roads. Definitely fun for adrenaline junkies.
Just increased my life insurance, where's the link? Bwaaaahahaaa💀☠️👻🤑
Those tiny wheels are a recipe for disaster!
We called them mini bikes and rode them on the farm. My bratty friend's mom said we don't have a place for you to ride one of these bikes. They had a big yard on the side of the house I believe it was an extra lot or two. Back to the mini bike they had small lawn mower engines that were horizontal shaft and a centrifugal clutch you gave the gas the bike started to move.
What I liked was a three wheeler tri cat or tri rod was the bigger one. I remember taking it on a back road and giving it full throttle they suppose to go 35 mph which was fast enough for me being only a foot from the dirt road. These were the safer type. They made the higher seat kind which had not much to keep you from flying off the trike. The. Kind you sit down close to the road were easier to control, less chance of flying off the trike. If you weren't careful when giving the gas you could flip the trike. That helmet won't help too much. 73

@@heavycream6682funnily enough, the wheel size was the deciding factor for me. I’ve got a Varla Eagle one pro, and that has 11 inch wheels. Not so good on chicagos potholed streets. 250 miles on the pro no problem, same commute every day.
Some people are made to be CZcamsrs that is you, sir great content great audio love the enthusiasm. 😊
Great move helping that other SurRonster! As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇
Love the vids, keep it up bro 🙏
I love your channel bro I’ve been subbed for a while now!
I understand the appeal of riding an ebike at high speeds on the bike path, especially when traffic is light and you're enjoying the ride. At the same time, I think it's important that we have an open discussion about ebike etiquette and safety on shared paths.
My concern is that riding at car-like speeds on paths intended for slower bike and pedestrian traffic could create unsafe situations, even if done carefully. As more people get ebikes, high-speed riding on mixed-use paths could lead to accidents and injuries.
I'm not trying to criticize, but rather have a constructive dialogue about this so we can figure out some reasonable guidelines. What are your thoughts on ebike speeds and riding practices on shared paths vs. roads? I'm open to hearing your perspective.
While you do pose a valid concern, it’s still much safer for pev riders to ride on these trails and just slow down when encountering pedestrians or cyclists. As opposed to riding on the actual streets where (if you live in southern usa) the majority of vehicles on the road weigh on average 5,000+ pounds. Not to mention the absurd amount of people driving distracted on their phones.
No one owns the road but when you’re bunkered in a multi ton vehicle, it’s easier to kill than these and alike.
buzz killer
I see the concern. My brother rides his e-bike on the bike trails. A lady got upset with him and she told him to drive on the road-
Then a cop pulled him over and said he can't ride in the rode, he has to do sidewalks and bike trails 🤣 He just wasn't winning.
I’ve got great news Sur Ronster!!! My parents said I could get one as long as you give me all the safety advice during our discussion. Seeing this video really did make me happy. And again you’re always able to put smiles on many faces by uploading bangers after bangers including mine. And hey who knows maybe I’ll buy some Charged PEV when I get mine. I’m genuinely so excited for the discussion.❤

Finally new Surronster Video! I love you
I love my Roadrunner Pro! It rips! I have had mine 57MPH GPS. Slight downhill and fresh battery. Powerful Lithium just came out with a 30 and 60 AH add on battery for the space you were talking about. I'm 210 and 6'3" and still think the seating position is comfortable. I have done a ton of mods. The stock pegs SUCK! thanks for the video!

To be classified as an e-bike it has to be able to be pedaled down the road. E-bikes can only go 20 or 28 mph in the US as a Class 1 or 2 for 20 mph or Class 3 for 28 mph. This is an e-motorcycle that can't be registered for highway use because it doesn't have directionals on it. It's only legal for off-road use.
These non-pedal bikes being ridden on paved bike trails are not legal and will soon ruin it for the ones that are!
Lmaoh. Laws don't mean shit. No borders no laws no country. Just flip the cop the bird and carry on.
@@dougvuillemot8670 Flipping anyone the bird is protected First Amendment speech as proven by Supreme Court precedent. A friend's son who was a cop found that out the hard way. He arrested a guy for that and he lost his job for denying the guy's civil rights.
It's bull there is no respect for the law officer. But the problem lies in the school system. Teachers have no rights. The paddle should be brought back and any objections from the parent the child should be expelled from the school and the parent must pick up their brat. If not then to juvenile detention he or she goes. Yes I'm old school and the paddle works the bible even says so. 73 @@bobthebikerny
Off road use ehh they means side walk approved!
Powerlithium just came out with a range extender w/ frame bag. 320mm adjustable shocks from Amazon $70ish make a huge ride quality difference. Also you can change the setting in the advanced settings to change the front motor starting power. I find front 2, rear 5 is perfect for street riding. I can get about 18 miles riding very aggressively on mine. You can purchase zoom 4 piston 2 pin brake calipers as well to swap on and retain the same brake levers. Voro also sells bmx style pegs which are much better than the stock folding pegs.
Those guys are great! I was at their shop few weeks back getting help with something and i was seeing them build the batteries... GREAT work and quality. Very lucky to be able to see what i saw
props to you for helping out the little guy ... I appreciate you .
I think if you could find a way to stiffen the rear shock it will help with the front end. Love the content.
Love your style, it's like a burst of creativity in every video!

Flying down the middle turning lane like that is suicidal
You probably haven’t gotten into a bad wreck yet, but you will eventually
All Wheel drive trumps rear wheel drive. Road runner pro has built a cult following for good reason. People go to work with them. They can replace their car. level 5, dual motor is where everyone rides the RR PRO range is 25 miles in a warm climate. Many people customize them. Start with the rear shock to gas adjustable. No loud noise from the Hub motors! Quiet speeding!
also a death machine with such tiny wheels and has massive jerk
@@danielkek9892 Riding something like this on the street at high speeds is asking for trouble to say the least. I crashed an electric scooter at 20 mph on a bike path and that woke me up properly lol
That looks so cool, your videos are always fun to watch.
Nice vid.
Please tell us about the range and climbing power.
you inspired me to start saving up for a Surron
honestly there's better deals out there right now unless you are really into customizating and upgrading.

@@jacobdaley3888 Yep better quality in every way from what I've seen of these cheapo ebikes .

You can custom all 5 speed modes to tune the front wheel to stop it from spinning. It needs to be set at 100% rear 80% up front .
Throw a BMX stem & Bars and Vorro has some PMT street tires for it ❤️🔥.

Looks like it could do with a bigger wheel and as you said suspension upgrade and you could add a flared tail behind the seat and it'd look sportier aswell, plus bigger wheels would increase top speed
Could you try the Vmax vx2 extreme : it's a Swiss elctric scooter which is the best in its class. It's quite expensive but you need to try it.

@SurRonster are you using the new dji camera it has better quality than the gopro camera tbh if u are its great!!!
looks cool, I'd definitely upgrade the suspension big time
Can't wait for my first group ride in Chicago
If they make something like this with 18x4 or 20x4 wheels and dual 3000W motors, I might consider buying one. Until something like that comes on the market, I'll stick with my Boyueda S4-11 seated e-scooter and Engwe EP-2 Pro e-bike. What I'd really like to see on the market is more cruiser/chopper style e-motorcycles (if it doesn't have pedals, it's an e-motorcycle, not an e-bike) that have enough power to go 50+mph when needed. Something like a Micargi Twenty5 GT but with foot pegs and a high power motor. Closest thing to that on the market right now is the Eahora M1P, but that has small wheels and can only go like 40mph.
Can you do a range test with the YZ 85?
Can you do a review on the cyc x1 pro gen 4 please with 72volt battery?
Your interaction with your fans is top notch.
Sweet! Surronster. How strong is the frame? Any weak point?
Hi there. Does the 50 mph on it feel that fast? I ride Laotie Ti30 casually at that speed. It is also dual motor, has smaller 11inch wheels and ok. Is roadrunner that sketchy?
