This is a very nice boat indeed and the presentation was spot on. I didn't expect such a large galley and so many berths on a yacht of this size. I believe the lack of an indoor dining table may be rectified to certain extent on the flybridge if absolutely necessary. Overall great boat

I heard Marlowe themselves are very difficult to work with media wise if you want to do a walk-through tour on one of their boats so you are lucky to have it listed so you can get the video out. That one room with the bunk beds above the full or queen whatever, is genius. Grandkids and teenagers in general. I would like to say though that full beam masters are super common on many boats of all sizes. I would say that my only complaint would be the range estimates, what are they? Also is that the Skyway? I live in Seminole

Not sure what audio background is, engines and gens were off. Defiantly no formal dining. Purposely gave that up for the galley. Not for everyone, a good trade in my eyes. I have a dining room we never use at home and I imagine many people are the same. In a charter yacht with full crew they use it all the time, but for a family cruising yacht I think this is a good fit for many. 6 are happy at the galley counter, 6+ fit at the cockpit table out back, and my favorite spot is up in the command bridge.

No formal dining area on a yacht that size is a deal breaker. You would have to lose the upstairs Master and convert it into a dining room/Den combo and deal with a lack of close proximity to the kitchen. Definitely modified to someone’s taste, just not mine.
I liked the tour from your perspective, the video work was not acceptable. It really detracted from the walkthrough. Thanks.
