After watching Aquaholic and Nautistyle this walk thru was very mundane.
The Japanese, studying wind,built a scale model of Tokeo that has many large buildings. Directed at the model they put a large fan. One of the things they learned was the speed of a wind blowing on a building split and went around both sides after which, as they joined back into one, the speed DOUBLED, so your thinking the two buildings shown would block wind is actually false.

Just out of curiosity it's something that I've never thought of before but what happens when your neighbor wants to leave and you don't, how would they get their bow line out from under yours? I'm not a captain I'm just a boating enthusiast, sorry for the stupid question...
Very simple. You grab the line's loop either by hand or with the pole and you just pull untill you have it all. Happens all the time.
and I would add, look for this well before you depart. I might make sure I was the line on top the day before I leave

Bill is your boat a Fleming. Great video and everything you are saying makes total sense. Especially about having to many people around you when you are trying to maneuver a million plus yacht.
No I can't afford a Fleming or a Marlow - I don't really have time to cruise anyway. I have a downeast tuna type boat that is in a constant state of repair since Hurricane Ian . I am getting really good at sanding though;-)

I have to do these separate. I always do a check, but to film it it need to be all cleaned up and it rarely is until after I have had the boat at the yard for a week or two.
I would of untied the stern line first as that line midship line would not only be easier but also held the boat to the dock better especially if there was wind

If you video your walk from room to room and deck to deck we can get a better idea of the layout of the boat, rather then just appearing in a different room and having no idea how you got there.

If it's done right you just take the loose end and pull. It comes unravelled.
Works great when you first do it, but get it wet and dry in the sun a few times and the noodle become a dried noodle

I can't seriously believe you see value in not showing an engine room in your videos.
We do the videos as soon as possible when we get a listing. We take the boat out whenever we can to do this so there are nice backgrounds in the video. In almost every case the engine room and crew area need detailing and there is lots of extra stuff I need to remove before I can show the boat or take pictures and videos in these areas. In this case we had 6 fenders down there and needed to make the crew bed. I also don't like filming in a hot loud engine room. I will take photos and do a separate video on the engine room and mechanical systems.

I have seen aftermarket platforms that lift above the main platform. It looks strange when up though. I am not sure the additional clearance buys you that much on a bad day. The freedom lift is nice because the water can come and go around the dingy very quickly. In all my boating of these boats I would say I have only had 10 days when I would not want a dingy back there. Most owners will not be in that situation. I am on a schedule for a boat show or something that puts me a sea on days when most don't go. I did do a trip where I found myself in large fast moving seas I did not have the fuel to outrun them, if there where a dingy back there I would have had to cut it free. I had waves overtaking me and coming over the transom. This was not violent they were just big. 6 knots up the waves and 10-11 down them. Rare but possible. The dingy does change the trim of the boat and pushes the stern down and the bow up a bit. If you are building the boat and you know you are mounting the boat back there you and set it up to effect you less. If you are adding aftermarket you may need some more anchor chain up front to offset.
