Man donât listen to the negative stuff from internet trolls. You are one of the best Division content creators out there. Keep doing you and Iâll watch whatever you post.
Doesnât mean the trolls are wrong.
@ttambm8639 I appreciate that very much đ
@@againstalladsgames the trolls created the meme of Heartland being canceled and they were right.
@@againstalladsgames About Rogue? Yeah, yeah they are.
@@HykCraft I was talking about trolls criticizing Rogue.
I really only care about division 2 and 3,everything I can care less about it.
this is me as well I really want them to show us that they are on the ball with division 3 please at least don't tell me how division franchise is a main product then drop the ball on it.
Couldn't care less*
But I know what you mean and agree đ„
Yeah but div 2 isn't fun and heartland would have atleast been something new .. instead of year 5 of nothing new
Same, except it's COULDN'T care less :)
Real bomboclath talk
Man Gold I feel what youre saying. I have Loved the Division since launch. D2 was rad too. There is so much awesome story hiding in the background. I wasn't very stoked with heartland as I'm more a PVE story line guy it didn't really seem aimed my way. But you are so right, Ubi needs to stop with the gut punches. Imagine how much better D2 could be if all the resources from Heartland had gone there. Want to get pumped? Do like I do and ask Alexa to "access the Division network" Sit back and smile like an idiot. Somebody put in a lot of work pouring into this story we all love. Lets hope some day companies like Ubi get out of the way so we can enjoy them again. See you on the next one.
đ Thanks for the awesome comment!
...I bought an Echo Dot just to have access to Alexa for JUST that reason! God bless you, Agent, for reminding me to plug the Dot back in! đ„°
Iâve seen people say Ubisoft doesnât deserve this ip, I neither agree or disagree with that statement, the big bosses no they donât deserve it but the devs who actually care and put their heart into it they deserve it, Rogue I will keep watching u because youâre my favourite CZcamsr on this game, even in a few years if Iâve moved on from the game Iâll still be watching but I love this franchise and hope Ubisoft pull a finger out of their ***** and put money and love into this franchise
I was really annoyed they cancelled it because I was really looking forward to heartland and think they should've ditched the mobile game but I guess they think a mobile game will get more money which I doubt it'll get as many players that heartland would've had
Agreed .. and with div 2 and it's horrible dz div 2 isn't fun now going back to div 1 is still fun .
Ya'll have phones don't you? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wasn't enough for Ubi I guess.
I see bad leadership at Ubisoft
It's always been that way and Division 1 and 2 survived despite it.
The Heartland cancelation is bullshit. They should have released it, even if they added a price tag .
Creating a video game is only part of the job. It's very expensive and resource-intensive to maintain a game once it's released.
@@TheBigBlueMarble Lol because games like Skull and bones and the crap mobile games they made sure helped. Banking on XDefiance is a stupid move.
I agree the game was pretty far along from all the videos for heartland
I would have paid to play that game.
@@hotfuzz4416XDefiant is crap. It will fail.
I remember a few years ago when you made a video basically saying âDiv 2 might be over, and I donât have much to make videos aboutâ. That was rough. But to be here now, I have a hard time getting too upset about them trimming back on the flood of IP expansion. No idea what the business side is, or whether itâs good or bad decision-making. As long as the core game is alive and growing, we have what most of us came here for in the first place. And Iâm glad you stuck with it, Rogue.
đ Your words mean more than I can say man. I've thought a lot about that video/moment in time these past few days, and it truly was Heartland that kept me making videos back then. I'm just glad we've rebounded so far since then, with the entirety of the franchise's plans. Cheers!

I just want to know what happened, I don't understand why they quit the project.
It's a damn shame the huge waste of time, money, and man hours they poured into this game pumping it up when it could've went into Div 2. But well said, atleast we still have the DLC and Div 3 to look forward to for now.
This is all Ubisoft not red storm. Itâs been a thing with them for years but for me the worst was shutting down the crew and taking away any abilities to play offline. Iâm a fan of Formula One and Heavy Metal Music Iâm a consumer of Ubisofts games I havenât spent over 2000hrs on Div 2 just as a fan. The whole gaming business is taking away our ability to own what we pay for but everyone just keeps putting that cash down because they canât live without an incomplete game or just a bad game. Iâve spent thousands of dollars on Ubisoft games buying for Xbox and then PC but no more. We as consumers have the power but nobody wants to use their power. This channel is my favorite one for division news and I realize you have a relationship with the company that we donât but donât say they are doing what they need to do. Iâm too old to waste my money and time with gaming companies slowly eroding our ownership of the content we purchase. One of the execs said it truthfully that ownership of games is a bygone thing and subscription business models are going to be the norm and the gamers are gonna let it happen. Good day sirs! đ
I agree completely, well said
Youâre the fân man, Rogue. Best creator out there, IMO. People donât know what âinformed and objectiveâ looks like anymore. We got you
That means a lot- I put a lot of time in to try and get these things right! Thank you! đ
They gave us more division 2 content when they just couldâve ended it with warlords of New York or just stopped after the black tusk arrived. They didnât have to give us more manhunts or more story content. But they did . We should be grateful that theyâre giving us more division 2 content and part 3 .
Lot of publishers nowadays don't care about there community anymore, Activision being a prime example, an Ubisoft certainly doesnt either. Its so fustrating when they wont communicate. Most compainies now only care about money an greed an they want to exploit there consumers as much as possible, I truly don't understand what happen with the gaming industry. Use to be fantastic 10 years ago
âInstead of loving people and using money. People often love money and use people.â
Much love and respect to rougegold this channel is a must for DIVISION 2 FANS not only builds but news, updates and general help
Keep up the Great work
đ Thank you!
Heartland will probably make its way into Division 2 or Division 3.
It's TOTALLY different type of game and mechanics. It's dead and we are all better for it. We don't need another Tarkov which is what they were going for.
@@umainebearman That's a pretty narrow-minded view, do you how big of a market there is for extraction style games (because of the success of Tarkov)?...I didn't want another Tarkov either, but with funds of Ubisoft they could've expanded on the experience and tailored it to the Division world and probably made something better than Tarkov.
Thank you for saying what needed to be said. I appreciate you calling Ubisoft out on how indifferent they have been in communicating any of this to the fan and player base.
Wow, perfectly said. I couldnât agree more man. Awesome video and thanks for your effort on this! I hope someone with a backbone at Ubisoft will watch this, you hit the nail on the head
Appreciate it my friend!
Rogue Gold. Brilliant! Well spoken and heart-felt while somehow staying rational and logical. This is why I follow you, man!
While I fully understand and respect you moving on from the announcement (I get it, you gotta do you and your thing for you and your family - all the love for that)...
Me? I can't. And, I won't. I'm staring at certain images and video everyday to stay fueled for this cause, I'm not letting go. I'm gonna hold that torch til either I burn out...or Ubi rips it from my hand and shoves it up my arse.
Keep making your videos and propping up the community, RG! Content like yours is what's helping to keep me (semi-) sane through all this! #MuchLove
Appreciate you Mav, and I'll stand by that torch with you in spirit! Always đ

Maybe Ubisoft will be able to implement some of Heartland into Div 3 as a DLC.

I havenât played The Division 2 in almost 4 years.. but Iâve gotten crazy strong itch lately after the launch of XDefiant to pick it back up. Been watching your channel over the last few days and itâs made me miss this game so much. Just wanna say I appreciate the content you make on this game still. @@RogueGold Hey question for you man. Any chance you have a video that helps new or returning players understand how they should approach the game? A video that takes a brand new character from creating them to the end game would be a ton of fun to watch.
@justinsaiyan5587 I do- but it primarily focuses on the endgame. I do cover early game stuff at the beginning, but my main advice is to take things slow and learn the game as you go. Who knows, we might even see a Division 4 should D3 be a huge success if they listen to the community and develop the game right
I am a Division player from day 1 of Division 1. I love the franchise and remain hopeful that D3 will come along sooner than later. I agree 100% that money matters when it comes to business and any company like Ubi, have weighed the pros and cons before they pulled the plug and as much as we love the game, we cannot expect a company to lose money for our entertainement. HOWEVER, the last few years, we are lacking information, future plans, state of the game etc. The Division movie i think is a good example. It was announced, we had the director telling us how excited he was and then...total silence for 4-5 years. And thats exactly how everything feels around this game. Excitement and then nothing.
Good vid mate sad about hart land was really looking forward to forward to it but hopefully they put that work into division 3 keep up the great work keeping us informed on all things division đđđ
Thank you!
After having some time to think, I've come to a theory that I think (or at least hope) is true. I think the issue was the allocation of funds. You said it yourself, The Division as a franchise has a ton of projects. Ongoing support for TD2, development for TDH, TDR, and TD3. Multiple novels, a web series, a movie, and more stuff that we don't even know about (teased in the Year 5 Celebration). I think it ended up being an issue of too many baskets, not enough eggs. I think Redstorm, Massive, Ubi, whoever, took a step back and decided that funds needed to be reallocated. I think it was just an an issue of too many projects and not enough money in the "The Division Budget". Why they decided to cut Heartland instead of Resurgence? Idk. Why Redstorm hasn't made a statement about it? Idk that either. But if they've really decided to amp up their focus on Resurgence following this, then I'm not going to sit and assume The Division is going away anytime soon.
And if you're blaming the devs... sit down and shut up. I think the latest Helldivers 2 fiasco has reminded us that oftentimes, the publishers are the ones making poor decisions, not the devs. Most devs just want to make games. Not a single developer I know has wanted to work three years on a game for it to never see the light of day. So, if you think this was a decision the devs made in order to spite players, go read a book. Thomas Parrott makes some good ones.
Because mobile gaming is a huge profit in Asian countries so hitting that market is a huge money jackpot for companies.
I agree! 100 and 50 percent!!! PASSION is the best word used. Passion for the fans! Passion for the game! Passion for the story! Passion for transparency! Passion towards your employees! UBISOFT show us the PASSION!!!!!!!!!
It's been true since the original launch - despite the success and revenue the Division represents, Ubi has NEVER treated as a tier 1 IP and still doesn't. AC is their tier 1 IP. FarCry is a close second. When they think about Tom Clancy they think about Rainbow Six and that's about it. What a waste they've made of the Clancy IP in general. I'm happy they continue to release Division related items and that Div3 is coming. It's a unique gaming experience in the world currently, but Ubi is not now, nor have they ever, treated it as a tier 1 IP. Love all that you do and please keep up the great coverage.
3:40 that transition was fire
Thanks! đ
I'm also sad to see Heartland go, but I can't wait to see what massive and ubisoft have in Store for us for division 2 and division 3 in the future.
Iâm not really disappointed that Heartland was canceled it felt like Ubisoft was just trying to cash in on the extraction genre at the time anyways.
The only thing I am upset about is the fact they moved all the resources to other games and not back to TD2 which just tells me they are looking at the money right now knowing they moved some of that to Rainbow.
I still havenât lost my love for The Division though, Iâm just a little disappointed by Ubisoftâs decisions.
I know some didn't care for this game and that's fine but I for one would have liked to have experienced something new. I hope Ubisoft sees this video because this is exactly how I feel about this.
Hell yea ... this video got my hyped I agree
As someone whoâs just come back after 4 years I would like them to keep developing the game. Having a lot of fun
Welcome back!
Im probably gonna hop onto XDefiant in the mean time. Doesnt seem to be anything planned till june 2025 sadly.
Well said rogue!
I think unofficially Red Storm will be helped on TD3 after the finally crunch to the other two projects. Their TD experience is invaluable and Ubi & Massive knows it. As I stated, I have a feeling we will see something Heartland like in TD2 but more likely TD3. As for Ubi, I have poked some people at Ubi corporate and they are extremely quiet and not saying anything which I find weird. The Ubi Forward event is what will show where Ubi intentions lie or at least their path forward.
Hey, that is what I think and said for three years now...
Ubisoft said but don't show (act) according to them for The division as a "Major" IP !
i still think the smart play is to use the plot and assets with division 2 engine and make a cheaper (than continued development as it was envisioned) game thats a spin off. they have the map and the setting all done, unless they used them in xdefiant.
I like many other looked forward to heartland and was disappointed with this news. All things considered one point being largely overlooked is heartland was supposed to just be div 2 version of survival because of demand for something like it. Hard to re-create the full presentation and feel of survival arguably the best part of div 1. That being said all we really lost was a div 2 variant and a crap ton of wasted resources at the expense of development teams and fans both not feeling appreciated. đ€·
Salute to you, RG! Thank you for making this video! I think they should gone with the original idea bringing survival/low risk BR to Division 2 and added heartland as a location to travel.. do missions etc.. I know that the division is the only thing I will look forward to when they livestream the event. I will not be buying AC Shadows.. If ubisoft, doesn't do justice with the division franchise, then we will know where they stand.
Like I said on previous videos, Ubisoft is going to milk The Divison dry. We, as fans, will suffer for a while. I love that there are excited developers behind the scenes that keep pushing the story and keep us playing, and hopefully they will keep up their enthusiasm for the world that they have created. As for the video, love it Rogue, keep up the hype and the all around solid player base of good, light hearted players that aren't toxic, or detrimental to the future of The Division.
đ Appreciate it!
Too bad, but I already play a Free-To-Play game and I was not going to invest in Heartland. It was said free to play, but somewhere down the road it was going to be pay so you can get better tools, it a business and they need to make money. Cheers
well said Rogue not going anywhere ride or die my friend!
đđ
Bit of a bummer that Heartland got shelved, got to play in the beta last year and had fun, it needed work but could've been a nice addition to the Division Universe...especially since the world of the Division seems to lend itself to an extraction style game.
Iâll be here too. Way too much love for this game!
Hell yeah đ
todas essas coisas acontecendo com the division, mais o que eles fizeram com the crew deixa a comunidade insegura com a empresa e em dĂșvida se irĂĄ consumir os prĂłximos jogos tanto da franquia the Division quanto de outras franquias...
All I got to say is for gearsets rn they need and I mean need 3 total attributes it would help a lot of the gearsets that don't get used much
I picked up the Division 2 again earlier this year to brush up for Heartland, the cancellation instantly pushed me out.. Iâll play something else đ€·đ»ââïž
Why are mobile games such a huge priority for Ubisoft they have several mobile games coming like ac jade, r6 mobile and now resurgence Iâm a true fan of division but I really donât understand why they cancel heartland instead of resurgence I feel so bad for red storm and the people who worked on heartland the moment they canceled heartland I officially lost hope for the franchise
You can monetize a mobile game easier than and extraction shooter like Heartland. Besides, most of the gaming industry is on mobile (Bigger Industry = more chances to monetize product = more money/profit). Still feel bad of the devs over at RedStorm though, whole situation is FUBAR
@undeadphoenix6015 When looking globally, the Mobile platform is the largest gaming platform by several times over, compared to Consoles/PC. Mostly due to their accessibility and affordability compared to the other options. So if they can find a way to put existing popular IP's and titles onto Mobile, there's big profit potential there.
Would it be possible that they bring heartland back into D2? The new hinted gear piece being an armband and heartland had a similar item always on display. They hinted at something else secret coming and I doubt it was about keener. They've also been quiet about the start of Y6 S1. Probably just me coping but still curious
Anything's possible! That would be a fun surprise :)
I hope they had some of the jackets from division 1 and division 2 cuz those are cool
I didn't like heartland in version of beta I played and I don't like the idea of spreading out the resources. Put everything into finishing TD2 correctly and launching TD3 correctly. Do that and it will be legendary.
Im disappointed it was cancelled because like you, I want more Division stuff and that would have been new lol. But not only do i understand, I think Ubisoft made the right call. From the moment it was announced I was worried it would be a result of Division fighting itself by splitting the player base between 2 games. Even worse when Division 3 comes out you would have 3 games. (4 if the mobile performs well)
(I kind of want them to do the same with the mobile and throw those people on the 2 main line games)
what the build you ran in the cd? i agree with your opinion. i feel ubisoft should be more straight foward with us.
Here's the build breakdown đ czcams.com/video/2rFSZajL3Sw/video.htmlsi=UnixisddFa6xJytI
Firstly, i'm relieved none of the staff lost their jobs. It's easy to forget how massive that actually is. I and many others appreciate all their efforts in what looked like a great game.
Secondly, my mind wonders..... is it possible Heartland was scrapped to make way for D3? i mean.... back in 2021 no one assumed D3 would be possible..... maybe there is more to this than what we've heard so far?
I may be in the minority here but I am really not that upset that they canceled Heartland. Sure it would have been nice to have a new Division title to play BUT it was free to play which means it would have likely been riddled with microtransactions or pay to win. I am also not much of a PVP player so with that title seeming to be heavy on PVP no loss there for me. The one thing I am upset about is that I wish they had put all the resources that they spent on Heartlands (and resurgence for that matter as I feel a mobile title is not what folks even asked for...at least not this agent anyways) into Division 3. Maybe they can use what they have built for something in the future. Once Ubisoft gets the next big flop out the door (Star Wars) they can ramp up on Div 3 production....i recall hearing that was to be the case anyway. Regardless, I appreciate your opinion on the matter RG. Keep bringing your passion to the Division!
You know what? You right. Imma tweet them right now.
For years now it has been a growing thought that for some reason UBI corp. has something against Massive. They could not avoid the fact that both games actually are a success, both commercially and the number of fans still playing. Even the continued influx of new players. But they seem to have a personal vendetta against them. Never have I ever seen a successful IP having to struggle as much as our beloved games has. It's just insane.
I'm confused, what influx of players? What success? The CCUs for the game have only been in decline. In fact, it's declined 17% in the last 30 days and has only seen less players every month since the 1st of this year. It's had a couple spikes last year, but quickly lost them in the following months. The bottom line is the game doesn't keep more than a handful of players constantly engaged. Ubi sees this and that's why it's pulling funding from Massive and the IP and putting it into other projects. Just the reality of it.
@@TheXboxSux Yes, I can see that you are confused. I'm sorry.
@@k0zz4n_mu Would you like me to link you some numbers lil man? Money where your mouth is champ. You can't show me squat to prove TD2 was a "success." You've clearly built your own little narrative in your headspace about the division as a franchise and it's hilarious. And you think I'M the one confused đ
Just hoping for The Division 3 at this point. I need a fresh start but love the IP.
So has anyone played Ubisofts Avatar game? Because I bought it on a whim cause it was on Sale cause it looked pretty. After booting it up and seeing the unfathomable quality and attention to detail put into every inch of that game, I am completely at a loss. I also was sad that that much effort or at least some of that effort didn't go into the division.
Well in the meantime time while we grind away for mats and exotics on the division I recommend passing some time as well with the Avatar game that massive at Ubisoft has put out. Especially if you play on a higher end PC
Avatar was plenty fun- and yeah the graphics/tech in it is insane!
Off topic. Very cool transition from conflict to count down.
Thanks very much!
I think game communities are invested to a fault. My fellow gamers are free to be invested as they choose but personally I find myself enjoying my games so much more by just not paying attention to the types of things mentioned in this video and others. It seems to me that these things really burn people out on their favorite games and they forget to just enjoy them.
I used to be all in and fully invested in knowing everything that was going on around my games and the developers of those games. Following all of the socials, etc. so I know all about the current bugs, issues and information on what's to come, what was said or announced in earnings calls, etc. Watching the content creators and hearing their opinions and seeing the various opinions in the comments. I stopped paying attention to most of those things and I now focus on just enjoying what I'm actually playing.
The last ten years or so I've spent a large majority of my time on PUBG, Destiny 2, Tarkov, Battlefield and Division 2. I've watched all of those communities burn themselves out and not even enjoy their games by being frustrated over what did or didn't happen, what was or wasn't released, when it was released, what bugs still aren't fixed, etc. So many of the people in these communities do nothing but bash the game and the developers. I wish more people would just enjoy what is actually there rather than worry about all of these other things.
Don't get me wrong, all of these games that I listed have all had their fair share of issues. I just watch these communities become more and more unhappy over time because they spend so much time and energy coming together to complain.
I relate to what you're saying a lot- it's pretty exhausting to follow along with the vast majority of current-day community discourse for mostly any ongoing live title. It's part of why I don't follow a *ton* of Division 2 stuff aside from what I need to to keep in the loop, there's just usually endless complaints without a consideration for the reality of why the issues are there, or why they aren't resolved yet. Hopefully the videos on this channel serve as that game-focused, and enjoyment-focused experience!
I have hopes for a better future with the division, I enjoy playing it even though it does get hate, I get on to do the seasonal stuff but i never feel like it has weaponized FOMO like destiny or some other games that you feel like if your not on that week you miss out. I wanna see more content from them and hope the rumor DLC is still a thing and not gonna be swept up into division 3. Feel like we should get a new area with new gear and gadgets, (even if just more modified ones, like a sticky shock grenade or something) i know its asking alot but i want Division 2 to end with something impactful to set up for Div 3 and not just an end of the season quest - if they do that at least make it an epic final seasonal quest.
Wont lie still hoping they do a melee specialist weapon. That would be fun aspect to the game but maybe to op (best guess would be some kind of taser baton or a chainsaw to run on some time of Fuel/ammo)
However Rouge with Div 3, do you think the Specialist class and weapons should return? Or do we go back old school, or would a hybrid like specialist class but no Weapon with it to create team roles?
I think it would be neat for them to delve more into Endgame perk/skill trees with actual choice-making involved. And depending on what path you take, the tree ends with either a Specialization weapon, a signature skill like in TD1, or some other powerful passive bonus
Stick to the core then expand the universe. It really didn't make sense for them to launch so much or plan to anyway after leaving the game/series stagnant for years
I feel you dog ima just put it like this you breathe life into a game thatâs ran by a questionable company of course your gonna have ups and downs downs but we are here for the ride brotha and im not gonna lie I deleted the game 3 times in the last 4 mounts an I keep redownloading it cause I watch your videos and tune into the stream keep up the good work bro your killing itđ€đŸđ€đŸđ€đŸ
Thanks man đ
This looks like an interesting game, was fun watching people play the first Division game. Wanted to buy the game but seems like on steam there are like 1000 people playing...
The Steam numbers are an inaccurate picture of the PC playerbase. It only released on Steam in early 2023, whereas the game has been out since 2019. So the majority of long-time players play on PC via Ubi Connect
Why would I want to save what remains when I can just destroy what remains? "Rogue Protocol Activated"
Yeah, I agree, I feel like they are neglecting the Division :(
This game is my favourite game of all time â€
It baffling to me that the same studio responsible for creating most of the Tom Clancys games doesn't have say so in creating Tom Clancys games. Plus Tom Clancy himself founded the studio so why Red strom playing second studio support when it comes to they're own games is ridiculous đ
At the end of the day,it IS a business. Sincerely,a Destiny 2 main
It's such a great theme and story that has high potential but just seems to tred water.
Very well said
Thanks đ
It's hard to articulate how disrespectful Ubisoft was canceling a game through a corporate earnings call. Obviously no one knew what was coming because the Heartland website still had the registration form up while the news was breaking. I just don't get the mentality of someone that would run a business that way.
Regardless of the cancelation, there is always this talk about community love. The truth is ever since wony, they has been no love towards the community. The real reason is not because the developer or ubisoft, but its actually the streamers that are affecting the state of all project's.
Every since wony, everything with betas and testing has been invite only. The general community will not get invites, just stramers and the people they play with. Heartland was part of that, and they look at the streamers for their feedback. So the community can get excited, but if the streamers dont like what they tested, then ubisoft will listen to the streamer and not the community. So the developer is not fully to blame, the streamers are part of the issue on why heartland got canceled. Especially when they went quiet after the beta.
A perfect example of what encourages a developer to continue developments and content was with The First Decendent beta. Beta was Open to everyone and feedback links. That is what ubisoft should be doing so that the community can show them what we want and not what and expect from them.
WE WANT SURVIAL ON WAR LORDS NYC WITH MORE NY LAND SNOWY AS WELL PLEASE
im gona have to say honestly im ok with the cancellation of heartland im not worried about xdefient or the other rainbow six !! i say that because i feel like they can put more time and effort into the division 2 and 3 coming. so hopefully it will be worth the wait
Couldn't agree more...
Well said! Just show us you care about us ubisoft!
I'm more or less feeling what you are saying I love division 1 and 2 I play 2 on and off all the time. what I want is for them to release the new season and dlc and it be good. they want to claim the division franchise is important prove it give it the treatment it deserves.
I think heartlands is gonna turn into a free dlc for TD3⊠similar to how warzone is to cod.
Coming from a die hard ex red dead online fan...I'm just happy we get new content in updates I feel spoiled by massive and ubisoft đ
I'm definitely grateful for what we do get with Div 2, given the limited resources Massive/Bucharest are working with!
They never really cared for the division players and with all the lies and delays, but I can say it was good at times at least, unfortunately I wouldnât get any hopes up with everything going on.
Heartland was basically a F2P DZ with PvP toggle, if they really want to expand into the DZ concept, they should just overhaul and expand the ones we have on D2 and the ones we'll have on D3
roguegold fights to save what remains. before there's nothing left to save.
Lol A+ reference
honestly i kinda knew that heartlands would be cancelled im not surprised at all. but the way they cancelled it and did it so niche... it was in an earnings report which feels scummy and the actualy div team hasnt really said anything. and i feel awful for red storm. they spent so much time and now they cant even work on the IP itself.
I loved The Division. I played it religiously, even through all the shit we had to go through. Division 2, for me, was a massive letdown. It didn't have the same.. spirit? as the first game it just felt like a run of the mill looter shooter, set in a division universe. I was looking forward to Heartland and with it's cancellation, it's my sincere concern that the franchise, atleast for the short term, is dead.
I guess time will tell.
Sending the resources to the Xzibit game⊠Iâm a longtime fan of all the franchises they are bringing into the game but is anyone actually looking forward to it..?
Itâs about money and timingâŠ. NCAA 25 is dropping then you got GTA 6 gearing up its going to be a tug and pull on the player base when those games come so I think itâs a revaluation of the core of the game and itâs baseâŠ.. not to mention the ps6 coming it can be they aiming for the nex gen console to release something
The thing is that Ubisoft doesn't care, that is the problem. Ubisoft hasn't cared about their IP's or fans of their IP's or their studios for years. They have had many of cancelled games over the years because they do not care. I hate Ubisoft, the only reason I continue to play the Division is my love for the game. If I didn't have Division, I could easily make the promise that I would never purchase another Ubisoft title for the rest of my life. Division is the only IP they have that I care about and it so happens to be my favorite game and probably my most played game ever.
I wish pvp had preset load outs, I don't play it knowing my armor will be nothing compared to the everyone else trying to make OP builds.
Whilst i do think the Battle Royale genre is overdone, i genuinely think that if they HAD to cancel a project it should have been Resurgence and not Heartland. Heartland would have made more money than Resurgence
Can I find this game on mobile phones?
You cannot. However they are releasing a Mobile game within the franchise that will be very similar, titled "The Division Resurgence" later in 2024 đ
FACTS!!!
