The good thing about Ghana is everything is organic. Cancer is a rare disease here in Ghana. The food is healthy
Cancer is not rare in Ghana it goes unreported because people either can't afford to get adequate diagnostic testing, medicine, surgery and overall health care. People also choose to treat illness with herbal medicine and sometimes will attribute their illness to a curse. A few of my Ghanian family members who died in Ghana never knew the exact illness that caused there death. Its really sad but this the reality for many Ghanians.
The rich prefer to show their wealth by ordering takeaway and pumping their children with all the saturated fat. There are some kids in Accra that won’t eat traditional food. Nonsense!
This is a false statement. Cancer is as common in Ghana as it is in the rest of the world.

That is true to some extend , some forms of cancer are rare indeed very rare among West Africans , but that was in the past, with lifestyle changes and introduction of more foreign and processed foods into our diets we seeing more people coming down with previously unknown rare cancers in Ghana/west Africa .

Ghana has changed so much since I was there. I lived there on and off during my childhood and my last visit was in '96 and went with my mum, I was pregnant at the time and I wasnt really showing but after our 2 week holiday I looked 6 months when I was only 3 months lol. The food gets me every time lol... 😊. My mum who is French has been going since she was 16 years old with my dad. She's called Ghana ghost up to this day lol. She goes every single year and was getting withdrawal symptoms because she couldn't go last year due to the covid19 😂. I like the way your opening my eyes to everything! One thing I'd love to see you try though is fufu! Do they still have 'chop bars'? You need to eat some 'proper' Ghanaian dishes! Anyway great video and thanks for sharing 😊 ❤

While in Ghana I went to this spot called Buka....the wait was forever but the food was sooooo good. I had a fish stew with jollof rice...omg I would take a flight just for that meal!!....and some braids lol
