If I had the chance to move to Ghana I would move in a heartbeat. The west is depression, bad weather, horrible people and bills, bills, bills.
Best summary ever!
Moving from New Jersey to Ghana in 2 months.
@Tunica Autochthonous Would put a country with low gun violence, low Coronavirus deaths, low prison rate, low absentee fathers, over your so-called developed country. The same folks who put folks in chains are the same ones who have brainwashed you believing where they stole human capital you should stay away from. Why are you watching videos from third world countries?
@Tunica Autochthonous more like #denial . In any case why are you here commenting if you’re not interested. Fool!
@@multyz1 Say it Again
I love the new direction your channel has taken. You are glowing and look very happy! It's definitely a beautiful look on you.
Thank you! 🇬🇭😇🙏
Omg! Was just about to make the same comment! I think 100% of Rochelle subscribers feel the same way.
I am excited to see Rochelle shine! ✨
@@Soul.in.the.garden Great minds think alike...Lol! Definitely happy for her.
@@RochelleOfficially ~ Your videos have my #attention!! Keep the videos comming!!
#QUESTIONS:
1. Who are you there with? e.g., a romantic interest, contacts you travelled with, or online friends, ...
2. How are you dealing with the language differences, e.g. when shopping at the market, on transportation, or when meeting new friends, etc,....
3. What are your goals while in Ghana?
4. How often will you be posting videos?
5. How long will you be in Ghana?
6. Will you be going to church in Ghana?
I couldn’t agree more I’ve been watching her on and off from the start and she just seems so much happier and her authentic self
Wow ive been following you for years (since you had the dancing bear on your intro)but i must admit i havent been keeping up with your videos for the past 2 years. Today I saw one of your recent ghana videos pop up and im amazed how much things changed on your channel! Ive been binge watching all your videos catching up. The kids have gotten so big! Im excited for this new journey you're on and wish you nothing but the best!
Thank you for your continued support! 💙
Shopping at the food market, clothes market, beach, A day in the life, Trip to Salon, GRWM to go eat, Learn to speak the language, Learn to cook Ghanian meal (even if its YT).
Rochelle really got me thinking about leaving the US for Ghana. I want to do a trial visit 4-6 months then make the decision to relocate entirely.
Good idea. If you need any help
Summer of 2007 in college told my then girlfriend who is my wife I will take her to Ghana. Bought our tickets and we went there for a month and she fell in love with the country. Moving there in two months.
@Tunica Autochthonous bot🤨
Just have an open mind and you won’t regret.
Update: I am moving to Ghana! Should be established in Accra by 2024.
I have never seen you looking so naturally stunning and calm. Loving this change in you and the blogs.
Thank my dear! 😇
Ready to see that nice Ghanaian wedding 😅🥰🗣
Hint u think she will be hitching soon lol
Or Nigerian Wedding (hint hint)
@@ELEPHANTintheroom12 does she ve a new bf?
Keep in mind that some countries don't need a Visa to come to Ghana.
For example, Jamaican and Trinidadian Citizens do not need a Visa to come to Ghana.
Thanks Ivy! I did mean to include this information. 💙💙🙏
@Tunica Autochthonous All countries have different agreements with each other. Just like Canadians and British don't need a Visa to visit the United States meanwhile someone from other countries like Ghana needs a Visa to come to the United States, Canada or the U.K.
It's much the same with all countries. Different countries have different relationships and agreements are made between them.
I could do with the Ghana weather right now ☀️. I’m cold 🥶 and miserable 😩
Rightttttt!
Loving this consistency...keep it coming😎😎
More videos like this we want 😊👌
Rochelle traveling the world from her Ghanaian home base has a really nice ring to it. 🤔
Your channel is going to grow so much because of this move !!! I’m ready to watch all your vlog !! Super excited
Thank you so much! 💙😇
Hello from Chicago, USA, hope ur enjoying Ghana, hopefully one day I can visit Africa!
Ghana looks good on you. ☀️Your skin is popping ❤️
I'm ghanaian. such a beautiful country and you need to try all the food especially waakye( rice and beans with all the meat and sauce and gari plus macaroni!? you will love it! jolly rice is amazing too
Ghana is a beautiful country,I live there for 5 years and I love it...
It definitely is! 😇
Such great advice! Thanks for sharing Rochelle. I'm loving these vlogs so far!
I love the Ghana vlogs!! I can't wait to visit!!
Thank you soo much for this informative video. Who here agrees with me? ❤👌😊
It's the consistency for me. Go girl. Also, you braided your hair, good job. Last time your wig glue was melting and I was just thinking " she better keep the wigs in the drawer for now"
Ive watched all your Ghana videos. Really cool. Just one little thing. Try to make friends with Ghanaians who grew up and live here. Itll be useful in terms of knowing exactly where to get good but cheaper stuff/services, your way around with certain things etc. Typical example, seeing a dentist at the mall or even buying clothing at the mall will be like times more expensive than at a regular place, basically because of high rental costs for shops at the mall. Little things like that. Enjoy your stay here though. Try Cape Coast and the beaches in Western Region
That’s the move!! I’m so proud of you 💜
So cool. Thanks for the information, I look forward to hearing more about the Country.
Loving these Ghana videos. I’m ready to pack my bags.
Thanks for promoting my homeland Ghana.x
Absolutely!! 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
Swear you’re gorgeous 😍 great content lately, loving all the vlogs
I love this for you! and im so proud of your direction in life!! we need 2 vlogs a week I could literally watch you do nothing in Ghana! also look into hiring help its cheap and they would help add an authentic aspect to the vlogs!!
Your absolutely stunning 🤩 be safe out there 🙌🏽🙌🏽💙
I'm loving the frequency of your upload. Thanks for the info...I have my passport ready, funds almost ready also.
Very informative. Thanks for the details. Especially the shots.✨
This was so good very very informative keep them coming I love to travel and never knew it took so much to go there
I love this for you. I’m looking forward to your updates!
Thanks for the continued support! 💙😇
Nightlife for grown folks: legal age to drink? lounges, clubs?
Lol...live in Jersey but I only enjoy nightlife in Ghana. It's much more safer than here in Jersey.
@@multyz1 also, is smoking legal there? 👀
@@enosynce Yes smoking is legal but most people don't smoke. Even weed is legalized there for medicinal purposes. If you really want to experience the essence of real freedom I think Ghana is one of the countries closest to it.
@@multyz1 I hope to visit in the near future, Thanks again! 🖤🙌🏾
@@multyz1 many islands in the Caribbean are like this as well. Outside Jamaica Trinidad. Don’t sleep
A very insightful video, can’t wait to finally visit Ghana, T- 10 months I’ve bought my plane tickets and everything 😫.
I think good videos to make would be restaurant/ chopbar reviews, day in the life in accra also maybe a few vlogs about the nightlife etc
Enjoyed all the information in this video! Looking forward to move videos showing us Ghana. Do you eat out more, or do you cook at home? Happy Saturday!
Hey greetings from Mississauga, Ontario to you. Please do what led you to Ghana in the first place if you don't mind. Thanks.
To promote her channel...Ghana is the new keyword trend right now. She’ll soon be back in Canada.
@@virgostar11.11 don't do that. You're being negative. Maybe she just wanted to travel and see where else she and her family could live. If she does move back to Canada so what. Let people live their life with out giving them a side eye.
@@virgostar11.11 Evil,
It seems like you're jealous.
If you knew how pleasant it is there, you would still say the same thing because you cannot handle truth.
She's not the only one having a good time there and she doesn't look crazy to me.
Jealozy, shame on you.
You have been brainwashed by thieves who came to steal our resources including human beings, So you think the western world is the best, by the way there are more foreigners in Ghana who are white than black foreigners, enjoy the lies you tell yourself
@@virgostar11.11 I completely agree with you. A lot of people are going to Ghana because it’s a trend.
This is informative. Thanks so much Rochelle!
You're welcome! 🙏

Thank you Rochelle for the info.I a m moving to a new country too soon and you are def giving me the strength to do it.your courage is inspiring.good luck babes💝
I'm honestly happy I can inspire people! Thank you! 🙏
Africa is the only place a black person can experience true FREEDOM and PEACE
I dont think they do experience it full the white still take over
💯💯🙌
When you're African (Black) born in Brazil, The U.S, The UK, Canada or any western country, you're born "Guilty". But when you're born in Africa, you're FINALLY humanized with zero restrictions
Ummm hello, hi.. there’s something called the West Indies. Chill out
And the Caribbean !
you are stunning,is like watching new Roti, you are so mature, great content.
Was just thinking the same thing.
May I ask: what is Roti?
Seriously! DOESNT seem like the same silly goofy obnoxiously funny person I use to watch back Aaliyah Jay and Jayla Vlog days!
I love the growth..just to clarify lol. ❤️

I'm happy for you. Thanks for the information. Buy water though....
ROCHELLLLEEE IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU
Thank you! 🙏🏽
Love this! These are all such fantastic tips you're a true Ghanaian now. Also for the money situation you can use remitly, it's an app where you can transfer money from your Canadian bank account to your Ghanaian mobile money wallet which I find is cheaper than exchanging cash at the forex bureau. If you're using cash best to bring $100 USD dollar bills they are worth more than if you were to bring $20 USD dollar bills or other denominations/currencies (not sure what it is about the $100USD dollar bill but they really like those lol).
I met a guy in Ghana, I’m kinda falling for him, i been wanting to move since 2020 but you’re making me really consider
Trust ure intuition and ask god for guidance..if you gett the green light i say go for it girl!

Great information 👌🏽
I look forward to visiting
Get a SIM card. Invaluable. You can get a SIM card (MTN, Vodacom or Tigo are most popular) and some cash at the arrivals hall in the airport. Makes everything easier. MTN also offers mobile money so you don’t have to carry as much cash around.
Very useful information! 💙😇
So interesting!🤓
2nd here today.. woooow
I have not taken malaria tablets for 18yrs because I always take vitamin C every morning when I visit and Odomo mosquito repellent from ebay. My kids have never had the tablets either and we visit every year for a month or more.
Interesting! 😇
What brand of vit c do you take. ? Appreciated much
@@sunnyspaces7 I get them from my local supermarket in London (Tesco)
Very informative dope 👌🏾
I did the same thing - only got the bare minimum shots and stuff when I went to Ghana - I was like you all are not about upsell me on vaccines and shots and pills and such in this corner office...yellow fever, malaria - all I want.
Europeans tell Africans about shots to deter Africans from returning and improving Africa. Meanwhile Asians and Europeans are flooding into African countries
Ure hair looks so prettyyyy 😊
Thank you! 😇
Ya this seems like a good move for you
Soo gorgeous😍😍
You are glowing 😍
I love this so much! I need to get my black ass out of the u.s and explore like this😫

Great advice in this video. You can get your Yellow fever vaccine at Shoppers drug Mart actually. No need to go to an expensive travel clinic

Thank you! 🇬🇭
Hey girl Hey 👋🏽 💞💞💞
This is good information
Great video. ! A Canadian citizen teaching other Canadians 💕how to travel to Motherland. Yes, please discover and tell us more about the natural alternatives to take. Questions: where do you apply for the Ghana visa ( where in Canada is the office ), what plane leaves from Toronto to Ghana ?, Is the plane from Toronto to Ghana a straight flight ? , also 1 dollar Canada is equal to home much in Ghana money ?, how do you use a cell phone...do you use your Canadian cell phone or ? , what did you do for health insurance...did you purchase a plan and how ?
No nonstop flights Toronto to Accra. Ethiopian, Qatar ( Montreal), British, Brussels air- DO the route. Delta has a nonstop I think out of New York. Visa office is in Toronto. I am trying to find 1 or 2 months for Kumasi. It seems Ghana is not as cheap as parts of Asia.
You should have just stayed in a very nice airb&b for the 6 months since majority of the time food is included plus you could have saved a additional $400.00 per month if the air bnb was only $600.00. Especially if it's only a short move for half the year.
Hello miss, greetings from Mississauga Ontario. There is one particular thing I missed about Ghana, the green skin pineapples ! Have you tried any? They are very sweet.
Hi! I don't think I has! But I will ask about!🙏
Very informative
Do you have a Jamaican passport? If you have a Jamaican passport you don’t need a visa for Ghana if you use it
