We constantly get on the internet and complain and say " we need to do this", "we need to do that", "we need to start businesses" etc, but we don't step back and take a deep breath and ask the question "What about the black people who are actually doing the work? @@TWUMKWAME5 The health care system is poor now but it won't remain poor if we start working together, continue working as a team, serving communities, writing policies that govern the health care system and restore public trust. As a group of experts and highly regarded medical professionals or any other professionals for that matter, a responsible government would listen and be inclined to make changes for the betterment of the African people. When we put our heads down and keep working we can change the world if not our world. Peace, my friend !

    • @tvs9978
      @tvs9978 Před 3 lety

      @@TWUMKWAME5 the change has started with the 88 new district hospitals. What we need now is the equipment, experts and HR professionals to properly educate and train nurses (because the nurses are part of the problem) and then maintenance funds to maintain all these new buildings and equipment. If doctors abroad see that they will have an enabling environment to work in, most would be willing to take a small pay cut to return (or stay) in the country
