This shows the replacement of the door tweeters. The tweeters are not connected in the SR+. You can replace the center speaker and tweeter by the windshield. The other tweeters are not active. So You can have a kit to replace 5 speakers (4 door + center woofer) + the one tweeter in the center.
what'd you have to do? I'm getting a Hansshow speaker unlock kit, and hoping to connect the tweeter to the factory location instead of routing through the door to the 8" speaker like they do in their SR vid... got any advice?

as I understand the SR+ door tweeters are not activated. How can then it get signal from the same connector at the stock door tweeters?
