OMNG! The Maids SOLD OUT 2023 US & Mexico tour just wrapped up and was a fantastic success. You made new friends, fans and smiles. And so many great live fancams to watch! Their playing and antics were as fresh and fun to experience from first show to last. BRAVO Band-Maid!!!!!
In addition, their Japan tour is starting back up with 13 concerts, AND they’re writing and recording for their new album. Their 10th Anniversary Tour concludes at Japan’s 17,000 seat Yokohama Arena on Nov. 26, 2023!

There was that assassins convention MISA recommended they play that one time. Obviously, they killed it.
I was a cereal killer for many years till I found out I was lactose intolerant... was a sad day indeed...🥣

Is it true that the bands that played after these ladies at Lollapalooza were upset with having to play in the parking lot because Band-Maid owned the stage?

For the past 3 years Japanese audiences couldn’t cheer and scream at concerts due to Covid restrictions. That’s changed but the audiences are slowly getting back into participating at shows.
I've been to four Band-Maid shows, and every time the crowd was amped and into it! The ladies bring energy and fun to their shows and the crowds just can't help but react in a positive way!

Even in their earlier days, when songs were written for the Band Maid ladies, they were good and worth seeing live. Long before stage production, lighting, video screens etc.
As you explain everything about them is wonderful and amazing and as I said, you could take all the stage effects, production away and still be enthralled with their playing and stage presence.
Oh, have you noticed how busy Kanami, lead guitarist, is? Her solos are usually short and to the point because she literally plays a solo for an entire song! This also happens with Misa and Akane, the "lead" bassist and lead drummer. I like how the other musician who recently experienced their live show described the bass player. He said that Misa🎸 was everywhere🤣
Band-Maid's genre is Band-Maid. Hard rock plus. Manners / Black Hole would be a good two-for to do next.
Exactly. It is hard to pick a recommendation from all of their great songs but the double feature "Manners" and "Blackhole" shows two or their different genres they can serve hot .. 😅

As for the crowd, they turned down the room mikes, so you didn't hear too much of the crowd. Plus it was just after the C=19 restriction being reduced. In Japan audience members couldn't cheer or clap but they could wave cheer towels. However the restrictions were eased shortly before this concert performance. Even though there were signs stating that, not a lot of people saw them.
We still had to wear mask at the venue.
