We interviewed the engaging and ever insightful Gwen Stirling Wilkie about her new book "Omni-Working: Work effectively in all ways, from all places". Her new book brings extensive research and insight to ever present ‘return to the office’ vs. ‘work from home’ debate. It brings a whole new approach for leaders and HR to follow because when it comes to the new way of working there is no "one size fits all approach".
Her book combines a progressive OD approach with a highly practical methodology for implementing Omni-working into your organisation.
