This song, and in particular this performance, is my all-time favorite live recorded thrash song. I've been a metalhead for over 50 years, and thrash/speed have always been my favorite sub genres (although I like ALL metal). The slow-down in the middle is epic. Midori's backbend during her awesome solo was one of the most metal stances I've seen. Miyako's solo in the middle of a thrash song is next level. Across the board, this is the best collection of musicians in any metal band I have ever seen. All play at elite/virtuoso levels. Fun reaction. The have so many ridiculously great songs.

More and more devoted fans of the classic metal bands (Maiden, Metallica, etc) are starting to admit the obvious--in terms of sheer instrumental chops, Lovebites have caught and surpassed the old masters. And their songwriting is gorgeous. Thanks for coming back to Lovebites.

The polar opposites Midori and Miyako clearly demonstrate that in this song.This is your favorite till you hear the next genre breaking number. A nice change of pace is Swan Song with the Chopin Etude intro or Frozen Serenade and if you want to hear Asami's R&B/Soul/Jazz background try Epilogue or Empty Daydream. They maybe influenced by many of the great metal bands of old but these women are in a class all by themselves.
