Ingredients
5 pieces of firm tofu, soft tofu will work too
1 white part of scallion
3 cloves of garlic
2 red chilies
2 green chilies
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp powdered chicken stock
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt, adjust to your taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup of water
