Great video. My Folding OX E-Bike just shuts for no reason, usually trying to go slightly uphill, could the controller cause that?
Thanks. Yes, one of the reasons might be a controller . I think nakto ox battery has fuse as well. Please contact Nakto support for troubleshooting
Why does your Nakto xo go 25mph with full throttle while mine goes 15mph? Do I have disconnect the speed limiter sensor?
You might need update settings. I no longer have the ebike so will not be able to help ,sorry
What was the error code on the display that you were getting when you were having this problem?
I think I toasted the controller when tied the steep hill test.. I don't remember of exact code may be 9 or 10
@@askdad Thanks, I got an E 10 code with mine on my first trial run. I unplugged and re-plugged all the connections last night and will be trying it again today.
@@RadReelingFishing E10 is most of the time controller. did support sent you new controller? I think I had code E9 probably but it would reset when I turn off and turn on bike and after the climb test it stop working ..

If it's under warranty you might contact their support as it should be covered under warranty for 1 year. Or they might sell you controller. Each bike would have specific controller.
@@askdad actually the original controller still works. I had made a mistake by buying 2 48v battery thinking it would work on my bicycle (which is the same model as this one) so I’m looking to buy a bigger 48v controller to fit in that same location shown in your video. I’m scared I might not be able to find anything and loose money and time on those shiny new batteries
I think the there is splitter to use 2 batteries. I never did it but there are many videos how to do it
