    Graham's ability to follow the guest and guide them story without interrupting always so lovely to see. He didnt try and fill the silence but let the moment be

    Graham Norton really is the greatest talk show host of this generation. He Always, always let his guests talk the talk, never interrupts, and sometimes let each and everyone of the guests have a conversation with each other. Such a great man.

      @@paulm7291 American talk shows have nothing on British ones.
      American ones are just so regimented. Pre-planned stories, one guest at a time, no swearing, no drinking.
      Graham’s show is so entertaining because it’s just an hour of people hanging out and he is the guard rail the keeps the conversation flowing. They talk about all of the things that the audience would want to talk about if they were sitting down with the celebrities.

    Graham truly has one of the last great talk shows. Such a fantastic interviewer. Natural charisma, keeps it light and jovial but then can probe into some really moving personal stories. Jimmy Fallon could never.

    Native kid from Canada I did it on my own. Played high level basketball my whole college experience. I can relate to this never had a mama or dad we make this shit cause we taught nothing else. Love y’all

    Last time i saw my dad was on a bus..he got on i said whats up, he said whats up, then he got off. That was 34 years ago, havent seen him since. Now, when people ask who my dad is i say " he died about 34 years ago".

    Michael B Jordan and Jamie Foxx. wow, we watched Michael grow up on the HBO series, that's where I first seen him at. has a big part in The Wire. and Jamie? man they say they mistake me for you, well the broke version. I'm not famous yet man, but I'm kind of like Forrest Gump because I know many famous people or I should say I've came across their path and spoke to them. haven't met you though yet Jamie but I salute you for the work that you have done, especially mending the fences that were miles apart, you value relationships especially family, and for that we all can learn the lesson.

    My Dad taught me all that. Also taught me not to buy and do drugs. So who is at fault Jamie? Who made him buy the drugs? And if he was a teacher, so he was a school official in charge of teaching other people's children and he was doing drugs too? Does that seem like the correct and responsible thing to do?
    What year was this? Back in the 80s $27.00 is like $100.00 today. The average hourly wage was $9.30. So were taking a good amount of drugs. What drug was it? Or is that too real! You get years for weight and if over a certain amount you can be charged with intent to distribute. He needs to tell the whole story and not this pared down feel sorry for me thing.

      He told it from his perspective as a son. He said that he thought of his Dad as a king and didn’t want to see him as a tainted man in prison.

    It's a lovely story and I'm a fan of the show and Jaime... but I'm confused how his dad did all theses things and was a "king" when he and the mom abandoned Eric aka Jaime and didn't see him until he was an adult. At least according to every other interview prior to Just Mercy. What am I missing?

      I stopped believing his exaggerated tales. On American talk shows, his ego is massively on display too. Watch him on the David Letterman show where it's all about "pimps & h*es". But when he appears on The Graham Norton show, he acts like butter wouldn't melt... Additionally, why do celebs often have these stories when they're selling flicks!!?? Not denying his father was incarcerated, but, the tales to promote the film!!

      Debbie Smith the crime for drugs is not that you are directly hurting anyone, its the impact those drugs can cause in the future. Its a good thing jamie fox didnt pick up the drug habit as it is easily passed from parents to kids. Although it is a strong sentence, drugs to have damaging effects and they’re illegal for a reason.
