I think that looking in a way that showcases yourself as what others would say at a later time is important but also understanding ur current vibe is important. But really, what can you say other than a thank you? Others may express their thankfulness with a lot more words and actions, but in the end they're still expressing their thankyou's -something that you still can achieve even with 2 words. It's okay! You might repeat that moment in your head for the rest of the month but it's still a moment of just few seconds. If a breathing exercise helps you then do that, if screaming helps you then do that, if hugging helps you then do that. At the end of the day you're still loved❣️

The first point with the photo i didnt feel at all. Until a few months ago, probably as an effect of of my hard work paying off. In a year i went from no friends to being friend with almost anyone i meet, but i am still critical of myself in the old pictures i link it as a diffrent part of my life almost like another person

This is really weird for me since i was so ugly, i didn't take care pf my skin nor my hair, and i looked like shit, and people looked at me with disdain, it really crushed my self steem, and then (like a year later) i got in the gym, i started taking care of my face and my hair, i obviously still got the same face, is just that is cleaner, and healthier, and now i notice people looking at me, fixing their hair, and turning their head 180 degrees to look at me, i'm not handsome, don't get me wrong, but that shit didn't happened like 2 years ago, it makes me proud of myself, tho, i still struggle to get myself to talk to women i'm interested in, for instance, there's this girl a year younger than me, she is stunning, and i recently been catching her looking at me shamelessly, like literally looking for me with her eyes, but i can't seem to talk to her, she's always with friends and i'm too shy

I'm not really that confident on my looks, I just think I look average, not really that standing out, but I sometimes get from some of my girl classmates that I look rather cute ish? I don't really believe them that much, but now coz of this video I'm kinda having a bit of confidence now
Honestly since a lot of people were more negatively impacted by this video than positively, here’s the best advice I can give.
You can only change your appearance so much, you are who you are, and you need to own that. A LOT of people don’t think they’re attractive, and that lack of confidence is what hurts so many people.
But if you can improve your confidence, or even project it (literally fake it until you make it) it does wonders for your attractiveness. Absolutely 80% of what makes someone attractive is personality. It sounds cliche but it’s true. I’ve known girls who I thought were stunning, but after getting to know them a bit, realizing they were rude stuck up bratty bimbos, they start to look a lot more ugly.
While on the contrary, my girlfriend, whom when I met I thought was okay, she didn’t stand out to me visually. But after getting to know her overtime. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, selflessness, I’m literally convinced she’s the most beautiful woman I know. And we’ve been together for just over 4 years now.
So please, if you look in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, don’t let yourself fall into a depressive hole, I’ve been there. Do what you can to take care of yourself: proper hygiene, put effort into how you dress, formulate your own style. And don’t get stuck on things you can’t change. Learn to cook decent, be chivalrous, be kind, be confident, develop a good sense of humor, but also learn to adapt to others. Fellas there’s only one “you” and you matter. You can change yourself for the better. Don’t just look for the girl who’s for you, be the guy some girl out there is looking for.

@@devashishtripathi3560 Abstract is the opposite of realism. Realism basically means real, and is an art form where you draw as real looking pictures as you can. Abstract is the opposite, and usually deals in shapes. A good example of this is Picassos art. Used in this sentence i think it means you start to see yourself deeper than just how you look at first glance, for example if you look at your jawline right now you might just see well, a jawline, but if you look at old pictures you might notice how well it shapes your face in more ways than before.
