Out the box they did sound bad, come to find out that if you can ditch the adapter for the dongle and use Type-C directly, do! If you can't like me I found using these settings through the phone app Equalizer helped the headset showoff its true sound capabilities. [ 31hz- +5, 62hz- +6, 125hz- +6, 250hz- +3, 500hz- 0, 1k hz- (-3), 2k hz- +1, 4k hz- +5, 8k hz- +6, 16k hz- +5]. All personal preference but lowering the mids helped a lot
Hey, thanks for you comment, I will defiantly try these settings out.
Hey does it let you use Bluetooth at the same time as having it connected to a PlayStation? So i could listen to my phone and PlayStation at the same time?
I got mine and I did not find the setup guide easy nor simple. There’s no troubleshooting guy there’s no troubleshooting steps and mine will not connect to my Xbox via Bluetooth. I can’t get any sound through my headphones at all. I don’t know what’s going on with it? This is ridiculous.
if i broke my adapter can i still connect it to my xbox?
Hi, just wondering if you can connect via Bluetooth, will check this evening for you.
I just got these and it says that they are connected to my xbox x but I cant hear anything. How can I fix this?
Hi, thanks for your comment, this is strange, in settings either bluetooth or sound what options does it show you? Have yo tried to connect via bluetooth or via cable?
Make sure you have the switch on the right setting. It'll have a remote control for xbox and the other side says PC for PC etc
We just bought one and it will not pair with our xbox one. Any suggestions?
Hi, thanks for your comment, sorry for delay for replying been away, have you managed to get it to connect yet? Also what way are you trying to connect?
Won’t connect to Xbox either via Bluetooth. What am I doing wrong
My audio sounds like pure shit out of these and I just bought them. Any suggestions? Explosions directly next to me sound like they are 30 meters away.
Hi, thanks for your comment, this sounds like me a driver fault with the speakers might need to get a replacement. Also try using the app, it allows you to really adjust the settings.
@@RickysTechTalkI have a pair and it'll connect to my Xbox, but I can't hear anything besides game chat, like in Call of Duty I can hear my friends but can't hear the game at all
hi have you checked the headset mix option on the Xbox as this is where can add game audio and chat.
@@RickysTechTalk Both have been at max volume, neither of them fixed the problem
@@creatorofexistenceis it still broken? I was thinking about getting these headsets
After 6 months of this headset, I honestly can’t recommend. Battery life only lasts a few hours, my USB charger doesn’t charge it fast enough to use it on the charger when it’s low battery, and when you’re wearing it while it’s charging you’ll often hear electric screeching sounds and sometimes it’ll just turn off afterwards. It’ll also sometimes unpair with my Xbox randomly, and right now i’m having a bunch of janky, scratchy electricity sounds when I set the volume a little high, the bluetooth voice that warns you about battery life is also a bit too loud and comes up too often. The only pro’s are the very comfy earmuffs and the great sound quality but I wouldn’t suggest this thanks to the other problems
Hello, thanks for your comments, I agree with your points around charging, it needs to be quicker, I haven't experienced the other issues you mention in your comment and sorry to hear about this, as only been 6 months have you spoken to the company about this to see what they could suggest?
@@RickysTechTalk No, I haven’t reached out to them cause they’re more annoying than actual issues that ruin my experience.
Mines not turning theres just a red light
Hi. thanks for your comment, might need charging maybe?
Is the sidetone on PC for this headset loud and adjustable?
Hi, I will need to check this for you.
@@RickysTechTalkoh ok. Thanks!
sound talkiung through these sucks. no one can hear me when i talk its dumb
Hi, I received this comment the other day which said to use these settings and to ditch the adopter for the USB C connection. I found using these settings through the phone app Equalizer helped the headset showoff its true sound capabilities. [ 31hz- +5, 62hz- +6, 125hz- +6, 250hz- +3, 500hz- 0, 1k hz- (-3), 2k hz- +1, 4k hz- +5, 8k hz- +6, 16k hz- +5]. All personal preference but lowering the mids helped a lot
