The RIG 600 Pro is honestly hard to rank, as it offers both strong positives and negatives, but I will admit, I think the positives outweigh here. The headset does have a bit of a list of quirks and non-favorable design choices. Still, the sound quality, relatively sustainable battery life, comfort, and Navigator App experience sealed the deal for a top contender in the $100 or less category. The RIG 600 Pro almost does it all at an affordable rate.

Hi Mark, I just bought this headset on a recommendation, then watched your video after deciding to check before I unbox..! Duh!!! I should have done it the other way round!!! None the less, from your review, I would have bought them anyway way. Curious to ask, at the end 13:25 in, you talk about the dual Bluetooth switching between devices, I get that that’s annoying, so thanks for the heads up!
But then I’m an audio editor sound designer blah, blah… but what strikes me about this section, is that I was always jealous of my colleagues who are graphic designers, as they belted out their playlists all day listening to music, podcasts etc. whilst working.
I’m in an audio suite, and can’t do that, otherwise I wouldn’t be doing my job, listening. But occasionally when I get the chance to do both, why not listen to your podcasts etc. on the same device, eliminating the need to connect to two? It’s a nice function to have to pair for your phone for example when working with a headset on, so one or the other gets full attention without the hassle of taking headsets off, reconnection Bluetooth etc… So when I work especially on photoshop, Lightroom etc., that is not Pro-Tools, Melodyne (Audio related work). I use the same device? That works?
But, yes, I really hope your comment about the simultaneous “device” connectivity function get’s them to do a firmware update. I agree, then what’s the point of “Dual Bluetooth”? That’s a bad sell agreed…
Now should I open them, or return them?

Also, great audio descriptions on setting up regards to compression, EQ, gaining etc.
So basically the hybrid feature is wack because if you have both connected only one source will work if the computer software outputs audio. I believe if you close the software the phone volume then kicks in after a delay.
I have very bad controller input lag and on PS5 when connected any solutions? The game lags very bad

Hey, this does not support atmos but their new 900 series does, and the sound stage sounds great.
I bought $250 900 Max HX 2 days ago, it is lighter than my Nova 7x but somehow it has bigger earcups so nova 7x feels more comfortable wraping my ears.
I have a review coming out for this headset soon enough
Does it fully dual source? Can you speak on mobile while still hear the game?
My nova 7x does but I don't think this one has that feature. @@Shoo8601
I take back what I said yesterday. I adjusted and used it for few hours last night, it is so light and comfy.Also the customizing app released yeterday and I was able to tweak some sound. I really love this headset now. @@NoisyPixelNews
