Chow Mein Noodles
1 chicken breast diced
1 carrot sliced
Shredded cabbage
1 sweet pepper sliced
sliced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp pureed ginger
2 tbsp. oyster sauce / vegetarian sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. chow mein seasoning
chopped scallions
chopped celery
1/2 tsp fish sauce- this is very salty so a little goes a long way
Sesame oil
veg oil
salt

I’m about to download all you’re recipies so I’ll have them forever. My mouth is watering just going through all your videos. Natasha, as a fellow Trini, I can’t hold a candle to you’re cooking. You inspire me. Unfortunately, I have fibroids and currently trying to shrink them naturally, so I can’t do much flour, dairy, meat and sugar. But occasionally I cheat a little. Christmas is almost here, so I’m gonna cheat a little and make your roti recipe for sure. Which part of Trini you from? Oh and by chance do you have a filling recipe to go with the roti?
