I think your title says it all--Based on our experience I do believe these are the best two spots in a SF daytrip. Thanks for the memories!
Great Vlog👍! Beautiful imagery and nice editing with all those shots. Couldn't help but think of "Fluffy" (Gabriel Iglesias) when you flubbed Muir and it sounded like you doing his "Hey, me'er..no you me'er"! lol! Love seeing areas like this that I either don't know of or don't immediately think of when people talk about parts of California and the first things that pop in your head are the big mainly known beaches or just the cities and buildings when you name a certain town/city. Easy to forget there are beautiful open areas in California like those trails, the cliffs that look like something from the English or Scottish coastlines, and the Redwoods when all we mainly see in shows and movies are the Hollywood sign, crowded inner city life, and freeways. Even the Pacific Coast Highway with all it's great views still has a lot of town areas you have to drive though and huge parts of it are falling apart (150 ft chuck just fell into the ocean!). Vlogs like this make me want to come out there again and visit all the "out of the way" areas and Parks that are less crowded now with the Covid problems causing people to stay home.
Love your guy’s videos! I’m planning out a decades worth of adventures after watching all your videos 😂
I’d love to see a what to pack/ bring for a hike
I love this field full of flowers 🌸.
wow looks amazing there we would love to go some day i love the old boat looks grate for a photo shoot
Hahaha love your frolicking! That's exactly what Abby does every time she finds flowers 🤣
It's weird watching this, being a local. I live in Marin so it's kind of interesting watching people discover things around here for the first time.
Thanks
I wonder how old are the trees in this forest. It’s so tall. Great view over the coast line.
The redwoods in Northern California are gorgeous
More evidence of why it would be awesome to live in California, which makes the real estate cost there more frustrating! The pink floral trees. The greens of the ridiculous redwoods. Wow. Want to get back there!
Such a beautiful place!
Thanks Newsom and NIMBYS
The reservation system at Muir Woods was set up before the pandemic. The reason is that it's quite a popular destination and as a result way too many cars go there than can be accommodated, leading to a traffic mess.
That makes sense. I can imagine it would get really busy. It's so close to the city but feels like you are hundreds of miles away
I have 2 toddlers, can we bring a stroller all the way to Point Reyes lighthouse?
Moderate hike over paved trail to 300 steps to Point Reyes Lighthouse. Trail offers sweeping views of Point Reyes beach and rugged California coastline. The Point Reyes Lighthouse itself is another 150 meters (0.1 miles) beyond the Visior Center at the base of some 300 steps--the equivalent of 30 stories.
Ah man you guys missed out by not getting some of the best Oysters on the west coast.
Aww too bad! Good thing we don't live far, we'll be back!
