Born and raised in SF, soon as i saw golden boy pizza i knew this was gonna be legit
How the heck have I never known about Golden Boy Pizza??? Born and raised and only moved to NYC a few years ago. LIKE... have I slept under a rock? Guess I'll be going there on my next home visit.
@@SL-lz9jr i lucked out going to high school in rhe neighborhood, otherwise i prob would never have known either tbh
Bravos is better......you're not from here.
David Poblete real Sf know tonys is better
@@SL-lz9jr I didn't either! And I lived there for 18 years! Must try next time I'm there
I was reading through some of the comments, why are people so rude? Like I get SF isn’t the same anymore; but she clearly put a lot of effort into this video and if I wasn’t locally from here this is very useful. I think she did a good job and the video is helpful for people traveling here. Maybe not from some of (guys mostly be rude or telling her not to be abg) (like wtf ? Dude doesn’t matter if she’s abg or not). For everyone else though great video girlie! Keep up the good work and don’t let some of these weird comments get to you. 🤗💕
Welcome. But too many homeless on streets making SF horrifiying. During the day it is OK room walk, But nights are nightmares.
carloss Loss amen
It’s CZcams, people like to unload here it’s nothing personal (to the creator). Re your other comment none of the places were interesting to me they look dull and I’ve seen a fair few vids on San Francisco
You're right..so much rudeness. I don't get it either..
I’ve been living in SF for the last 5 years and haven’t been to some of these places. Man I need to get out more.
Gabe Salinas then you should my dude. My auntie lives in SF I’m from San Jose my dude.
Dude same and I’ve lived here all my life 😟
No visiting friends or relatives? SF born and raised (now in NYC) and I've always had a reason to see these tourist areas. Or, you know, just hang out with friends and explore a neighborhood. :) It's a new year, put it on your to do list!
@@SL-lz9jr I can relate. I used to live near NYC but didn't get to see a lot of the major sites in NYC, then I moved far, far away from NYC and some girl says, "Hey, do you want to visit NYC?" Kind of weird spending a FORTUNE on a TINY hotel room when I had all that time to visit NYC major sites when I lived around there.
I have been living for 2 years and I have explored all this places. It’s so easy to explore SF
I remember I took someone to twin peaks but it was foggy and they were like "why are we up here, what are we supposed to be able to see?“ I told them the whole city but they were kinda skeptical. We went back the next day and it was sunny, they were stunned by the view! 😎
Hey.. I have a travel channel.. recently shared my travel experience to Alaska!! Would love if you visit my channel!! 🙂🙂
I'm living a cliché - I fell in love in San Francisco, and I visit 2-3 times a year to be with my love 💓 Thank you for the extra ideas for where to go!
Everybody has their favorite spots, but for a tourist with little time, they'll probably want to substitute some of these suggestions for Fisherman's Wharf/Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39 and Union Square where they could also catch a cable car.
roachtoasties BAD IDEA!
Too many people, crowded side walks (takes forever to walk around), overdone and overrated. She did a pretty good job. Don’t waste your money on the touristy spots. They’re expensive and kitschy.
Try going to the presidio, cliff house, the beach, land’s end, haight or the mission, sunset district is pretty cool
seventhseance it’s crowded but nothing crazy. For someone whose never been it’s probably fun! I remember walking along the pier as a kid and it was beautiful
Point taken, but for one's first visit to S.F., especially if they'll only be here for a short period, it's the tourist spots. On subsequent visits it's time to explore. The video poster recommended The Ferry Building. I don't see the attraction, but I wouldn't tell someone not to go. I live in L.A. and I basically will say the same. Hit the tourist spots and take some tours, especially if you don't know anyone locally to show you the ropes. That's certainly better, more fun, and more efficient, than getting lost here. On their second visit, then it's time to find a few out-of-the-way things that may interest them.
@@Eleniesworld the pier is fine...lots of fun things for kids. But going down Lombard street in a car isn't as fun as you would think. Or waiting in a long line to go into any shop, Ripley's or Wax Museum at Fisherman's Wharf.
I'm just saying if you're not down to spend a whole lot of cash or spend one whole day in one area... Not gonna lie though, there's a delicious clam chowder spot on the corner of Taylor and Jefferson...usually outside of Guardino's
Pier 39 should be skipped it has nothing to offer except a name. Complete waste of a travelers time
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen about San Francisco. Extremely informative and well made. Thank you so much!!!
I’ve lived in San Francisco since 1967. You’ve shown me some restaurants I wasn’t aware. Now to see the status of some of the restaurants since the Pandemic. Great video. I’ve also posted this on the site I’m involved in for cruising. Thanks for your work & a big thanks to the photographer who we never see. 😀👍
I think this is the best video for must go’s places in SF out there! I can tell a lot of planning and work went into creating this video. Amazing job! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

That pizza is also my fav! And yes, go try the stuff croissant :)
Fantastic! Little man & I got to four of those spots in our 10 hours there. We’ll be back...especially for that garlic/clam pizza from my ancestral homeland!!!!🍕🍕🍕😋😋😋
10 hours in SF is not enough time... definitely come back! :)
Golden boy is definitely my favorite pizza in SF minus the long lines and no where to park but the hour drive to San Jose to Tony Dimmagios is my favorite pizza in the bay over all
Great tip on Clarion Alley Cynthia. In general a great video but too much for 24 hours but great venues.
I've been to SF twice, but haven't had the chance to visit the Ferry Building or Palace of Arts. There's just so much to do in SF! Hopefully, next time.
Great video. I enjoyed watching it.
Omg love this ❤️❤️
SF has so many bike and scooter shares that it makes visiting many places a breeze, especially if you're pressed for time.
I live in SF and the video covers the best of city food and sights
The Palace of Fine Arts was constructed for the Panama Pacific Exposition which commemorated the opening of the Panama Canal.
awesome vid cyn!!! waiting for more videos love you cyn
Love you babe! Thanks for always supporting :)
I miss and love Golden Boy Pizza so much!
Guarantee it was some rinky dink over priced mountain Mike's tasting pizza
Thank you! Can you do a video on coffee shops you must visit in San Francisco for best Lattes, Cafés Americanos, and Pastries?😋🤗
This is a good ass video, well edited and put together.
Always bring an extra layer, even if it's warm it will drop 20F at night. Especially if you're by the water.
My uncle lives in San Francisco he said there’s a Lotta fun in there and also we went crabbing and we also saw the Golden gate Bridge
Beautiful video, beautiful voice, beautiful Cynthia and beautiful city ❤️

Tonys slice house is also delicious if you prefer a thinner crust
I go to golden boy all the time and i can verify that its some of the best deep dish pizza youll ever have
I have exactly 24 hours on an overnight layover to break up a Hawaii trip. Thanks for the suggestions.
Honestly, how many times did you have to go back to Golden Gate Bakery since they were closed?? 😝 I swear they take more vacation than anybody 😂
Their egg tarts don't taste the same no more. Especially the pastry part of the tart.
@@saber26ful I agree, their quality certainly has gone down over the years, but hey, more power to them if they can continue to make it work and take off as much as they do.
I can be tourist in my city of San Francisco haight Ashbury lol is wonderful to walk thru but thank you for wonder ful tour of San Francisco miss linh
mission and valencia st. my fave hang outs
Have you ever been to Papolote? It's honestly the best Mexican restaurant in SF and it was VERY CLOSE to my school, but not i am going to lincoln high school and hope that my first day of school is not over zoom. I also highly recommend Arizmendi witch is EXTREMELY close to Papolote and my old school.
Wow, amazing video dear !
Great video!!!
Shoulda hit Tony’s pizza instead!!! But I’ve never been to Golden Boy so I don’t know what I’m talking about. Definitely gonna take my ol lady there next time we get a chance. But you need to highlight Tony’s for real! Rad channel!
Wow!!
These are some must see spots I've listed and I feel are a better alternative to some of those in this video, many of which are tourist traps and not all that interesting IMO.
Twin Peaks + Mount Davidson: view of the whole city
Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf: sea lions, virtual rides, food, shopping
Academy of Sciences + Exploratorium: Top museums in the country for science. Academy has planetarium, rainforest dome, and aquarium
Sutro's Baths + Land's End + Ocean Beach: small sea cave, experience the Pacific Ocean, and have a great viewpoint of Sunset District from Land's End
Baker Beach + Fort Point + Crissy Field: great views of the Golden Gate Bridge
Cable Car Ride: iconic
If it is elephant seal mating season then Ano Nuevo state park is pretty awesome to see. I know it's not strictly SF but it's close enough.
I am visiting in 2 weeks and I am most excited for the Grateful Dead house. I know to some it is just a house but it is so much more
Hello! I am a new subscriber!! I just found your channel and really like your video. I visited SF a couple years ago and love it so much and hopefully we will go back soon!

Viv LA Tarte, 1:47. It looks huge. How much was that? Did you Finish it?
I live north of sf (santa rosa) and love getting new ideas on what to do in the city! We visit often
Cordon Bleu on California for 5 spice chicken barbecue, Ton Kiang in the Richmond for dim sum, and Pho2000 on Larkin for you know what!
It’s foggy in the summer in SF so other times of the year are best for a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
😂 Coldest winter is a summer in San Francisco
K D mark Twain!!!
I just subscribed I loved your video content
