The Arbiter in HW1: large angry brute. The Arbiter in HW2: tortured poetic soul, takes comfort in the fact that he will always have meaning in war.

Not really. It was theorised that Atriox could have swayed Ripa ‘Moramee to his side. The Arbiter here is a “what if” sort of scenario.

The arbiter strangely sounds like a changed man although cannon wise he's long dead.
It's a shame he doesn't have his old voice from Halo Wars 1. One of the best voices i've ever heard.

THE EQUALIZER this isn’t Thel Vadam(Halo 2-Halo 5 Arbiter) this is a different Elite, his story is interesting though, this Arbiter is named Ripa 'Moramee
The line at 0:40 is a reference to Hitchhikkers Guide to the Galaxy, which was written by Douglas Adams. In addition his Spartan number is 42, which is an important number within the book.
It’s supposed to be Ripa, but that’s definitely not Ripa. Not just the voice, how he acts. Ripa might as well have been a Brute in Elite clothing. The opposite of Thel in every way, nothing more than a thug. Ironically, Thrallslayer the Brute Chieftain, was like an Elite in Brute clothing. An intriguing switch up.

The Spartan's,arbiter's,YAP YAP THE DESTROYER, Johnson's and Kinsano's dialogue are interesting in my opinion like most of the banished heroes talking how great the banished are or is gonna be one day and the rest of the heroes just wondering why are there here

“Never let dying in the line of duty ruin your career.” Implies forge actively died and knows he died, yet the world would of lost the largest amount of steel in the world with the balls this man’s had and said “nah” so he just appears back on the ark like nothin happened lol.

Imagine a halo wars 3 with the current arbiter and master chief.
The banished always refer to atriox will, damm the new halo infinite teaser make even more sense.
I mean Atriox technically freed them from the covenants lies and manipulation, so they own him so much praise.
Atriox has vision and a cause worth following. They follow him because they believe in him and they things he stands for. They follow him not because they were forced to but because they chose to.

You think you could compile dialogue from units with low health? There's unique quotes if you select units that are almost dead, requesting repairs/healing/etc.
