Lucid Dreams & Nightmares: Ever Dream This Man?
For thousands of years, we’ve pondered the meaning of dreams. Dreams offer insight into our subconscious. Dreams help us process emotions and organize our memories.
Most of us live our waking lives giving a sort of performance. Whether through dishonesty, embarrassment, or simply being polite, there are thoughts we do not share.**Dreams have intrigued us for thousands of years. They provide a peek into our subconscious. They aid in managing emotions and arranging our memories.
We often perform in our awake state. We might be dishonest, embarrassed, or just polite. Thus, we keep some thoughts to ourselves.** Dreams, on the other hand, offer a platform where these suppressed thoughts can freely roam. They are the uncensored version of our minds, a place where our deepest desires, fears, and secrets can come to light without the fear of judgment or consequences.
Dreams also serve as a mirror, reflecting our inner state of mind. They can hint at unresolved issues, unfulfilled desires, or even potential future scenarios. They can act as a guide, helping us navigate through the labyrinth of our thoughts and emotions.
Moreover, dreams can be a source of inspiration. Many artists, writers, and scientists have reported getting brilliant ideas from their dreams. They can stimulate our creativity, encourage problem-solving, and even help us prepare for future events.
In conclusion, dreams are not just random images that appear during sleep. They are a powerful tool that our mind uses to process information, manage emotions, and explore the infinite possibilities of our imagination. They are an essential part of our cognitive and emotional well-being.
While you sleep, your inhibitions disappear. And you’re left with the raw, unforgiving truth. The real you.
But dreams can be more than that.
Some claim dreams are the realm between ours and the spirit world. Some dreams can predict the future.
Studies have shown that dreams can be shared between people.
Lucid dreaming is when you - not your dreaming self, your conscious self - controls the dream. You are, literally, a God. The universe is your playground.
It’s exhilarating and powerful. But there is a dark side.
What if: while lucid dreaming, you weren’t in control of the dream? But, someone else was?
That’s no longer a dream; it’s a nightmare. And it’s no longer a playground - it’s a prison.
Every night, the lights go out, you close your eyes, and he’s waiting for you.

Still waiting on that dark side of the moon episode!!
Great album. I agree!

Me also
I've never seen that guy in my dreams, but I probably will now. "Thanks for that"
I was so thinking the same thing lol.
😄
Practice lucid dreaming and talk to him o.o
😂
Lol snap!
This man's face is straight up the most unsettling face I've ever seen. Both the poster and the 3D render.
reminds me of the actor from the big bang theory though
He's giving me the heebie jeebies. Especially when it was unblurred. I wish I hadn't watched this lol

He looks reptillian to me.

My mother told me when I was young, if you're ever having a bad dream and become aware that you're dreaming, close your eyes in the dream and open them as hard as you can. I swear it has worked for me sooooo many times.
When that happens to me and I realize I'm dreaming I usually freeze everything in the dream and force myself awake
@@bluntslt8023 at that exact moment you can control your dream and you can keep sleeping. i used to be able to do it daily. as soon as you realize its a dream and everything stops like a carival ride that world is kind of yours you can control anything in it. some weird things you cant tho
A former friend advised facing the thing that makes you fear and ask what it is doing here (in the dream) what does it want. I found this very helpful. The dream would go away and not return.
I do the same thing!!
Anyone else get episodic dreams that continue days, weeks, or even years later? It almost felt like I was living a second life.
I always go to the same places, whether it’s months or years later I’ll go back and visit. And see some people I’ve seen in my dreams frequently thru my life. But no idea who they are in real life.
Me, episodic dreams of end of the world flood / disaster ... Huhu anyone has the same dreams?
I used to have a dream about a guy with a black cape and top hat. No face. I would wake up and see him standing by my bed. He would follow me when I stayed at the neighbors. I would see him in their bathroom window. This was since childhood. We moved to a brand new home. He was still there at night. In my senior year I screamed for my mother. She threw away every book I had on witchcraft or horror stories. I never saw him again. I was 24 yrs old and pregnant with my son when I met an artist the same age and born the same day. She had a picture of this guy in her portfolio. I asked her who he was. She said “He is the dark man that chases me in my dreams“. I have never forgotten that and have never seen this man again. This is a true story I rarely tell anyone. I am kind of afraid talking about him will bring him back.
Going through this now, I get continuous dreams now a days . ..like about 2 at night and a couple more early morning.....
Yes I’m writing a book about it
When I hear you say the phrase "do you want me to make a video on this" the answer is always F*** YES.
Agreed!!... we need some WF merch with "the answer is ALWAYS yes" on it!!!😂😂

Yes please!!!! Lucid Dream video please!! This is the best channel on YT, in fact it’s better than TV channels and streaming apps. Well done, please keep making these awesome shows, i know it’s hard work and tiring but you started something pretty epic which must continue! ;)
yes pls !
I had such a visceral reaction every time This Man was shown - the scariest part is I can't explain why
We all feel that way in the studio. That’s when we knew the image was gold!
Man, same I’m regretting watching this video.
Some people found him on CZcams this man name is Muhammad Qasim
I can. It's because you're a pucci.
you're kinda like me, but it's the Jeff the Killer photo that ALWAYS gets a reaction out of me, without fail.
My wife had a lucid dream which always began at the base of a tall flight of wooden stairs leading to a green door. She could do whatever she wanted in the dream, but it would only end when she ascended the stairs and tried the door. It was always locked. This went on every week, sometimes several times a week, for seven years. She thought she was going crazy. Around that time I was sent to Venezuela for work. We met and started to date. I brought her to the States to meet my parents. Although she had never seen my apartment, the stairs and door were the same from her dream. I knew about the dream but never connected the two things. We went up the stairs, stepped inside, and she never had the dream again. That was twenty-five years ago and we are still together.
Its Tattoo from Fantasy Island... That's who the man is, that's who he looks like it's an uncanny resemblance. You know the short guy that goes da plane da plane during the show intro.
So I’m writing a book about lucid dreaming a novel actually. It’s a horror thriller. So crazy u came out with this while I’m writing. Thanks so much It helped solidify my book is on time right here haha
Y'all were destined to be together
Bruh! I hope that's true! cool story.
What a beautiful love story- thank you for sharing it with us! I perceive it to be God giving you and your wife hints of a future to come, but that you cannot enter the door until His timing for you to meet is right. Because once you crossed that threshold in the real world, it was a full circle moment- the right time came, and you guys never had that dream again. It’s because you didn’t have to, its purpose was met! How cool! ❤
"Have you dreamt of this man?"
No....but I will now....thanks 🙄
My thoughts exactly! 😂
I was thinking the same.
Bro fr 😂
Damn that was what my conscience just said, followed by ohh shed..

The moment you said, "He finds you" a cold sliver of dread shot down my spine
The man usually only gives you tips in life and help and says he is your friend but if he tries to kill you in any way he wants you to wake up.
@@Dinoooooooooohe told me “just forget about it”
Dude I've never seen this man but I swear my heart stopped at the end of the video when it unblurred his face....like I knew him and feared him. I am actually dreading sleep tonight.
My face and chest literally started tingling once it unblurred. Tonight will be great -_-
@@dylanferron1781yes! I felt like I got hit in the chest with fear when his face unblurred. I definitely felt the "flight" instinct.
Yeah I low key wish I could go back in time to not see it unblurred. It was freaky enough blurred, unblurred he felt like a jump scare.
Good thing i read these comments minutes b4 the vid ended@@mirandarae7678
Same… I’m going to watch some cartoons to help me sleep.
I’ve experienced a lot of lucid dreams and never have seen this man; however, I’ve met a woman twice in my dreams, and the craziest thing was that I met her in person! I encountered this woman on an Amtrak train bound for San Diego. She and I locked eyes and said, “Have we met before?” We engaged in a 3-hour conversation about books we’ve read, music, hobbies, and other interesting things. It still blows my mind. This happened back in 2004 when I was 17. I didn’t have a cell phone and didn’t get her number, which I regret. Later, I realized that this woman was the same woman from my dreams. It still blows my mind. No one believes me, and that’s okay. I at least have this memory, and I hope to meet her again someday, maybe in the next dimension.
Set out to see her in a dream. You might be surprised.
Blessings
Thats not how dimentions work
She exists. Maybe you'll meet her someday. Upto luck..............
I believe you
Astro plane maybe you will see her again
From what I have read before, your mind does not make up faces in your dreams but uses faces that you've seen at some point in your life. So, by showing us this man's face, you have entered it into our dream database to be recalled at some later time. Gee, thanks, AJ!
Ive heard of this image years ago and saw it a few times on other channels..havent turned up in my dream database..
I had a similar thought. "Mans" picture is even behind him on the wall like a bad joke/d-move. AJs been comprised. I still trust the fish tho.
Yupp. I've had lots of crazy dreams but never of this dude. Seems like AJ is pushing demons on us haha
I almost didn't want to watch bc he will for sure be in a lot of our dreams now.
It was probably Hecklefish's idea 😂😂🖖
We moved a lot when I was a kid. The night before starting the 4th grade in a brand new school, in a new town, i dreamt my entire class - no one spoke or said their names but it was all of them.
In the 7th grade we had a new kid who just moved from another country and on the first day he told me he dreamt all of us.
Weird stuff.
Weird. My parents were having a party one time when i was like 1,5 years old and i dreamt i woke up in bed where i was sleeping, something felt off so i run to the living room and my parents and all the people attending the party were frozen, they were like that for a good 2 minutes and i rember trying to wake them up panicking and don’t remember much past that, don’t remember waking up from it either. It felt so real. It was probably just a dream but a very peculiar dream for a baby to have
@@michaeljohn6357 How do you remember a dream you saw at one and half years old?! That's crazy!
@@kedarnigudkar6317 i know it sounds crazy, i can remember bits and pieces of it. Especially me freaking out because my parents and their friends were just standing still. The feeling of it was just so strong that it stuck with me

Study Zecharia Sitchin's work yourself, it's quite interesting.
I believe the Annu were not just one species. I think they were a kind of federation from numerous star systems. I also believe that our current biology is the result of bio engineering, and our brains are the result of much tweaking and improvisation. A sort of antenna that allows for connection of higher dimensions into this lower one. I think humans are different because we have the equipment to turn ideas into things. Other animals cannot do this.

Back in 2004 I was the gunner on my platoon SGT’s truck in Baghdad. We was posted up under an overpass waiting for another platoon to come switch out on patrol with us. The last thing I remember doin in Iraq was flicking a cigarette from the roof of the truck. I was shot in the back with a RPG a second later. When the grenade exploded it slammed me forward and I busted my head on the machine gun mounted in front of me. It completely trashed my short term memory. I haven’t had any dreams since then. For the longest time I would only have this one single reoccurring nightmare damn near every night. Then one day that just stopped as well.
What was the nightmare?
I’m sorry you went through all that. Thank you for your service!!! ❤️🤍💙
@@radbunnie2297 it will always start in the same exact spot with the same exact outcome. But every time I have this nightmare it’s like having it for the first time all over again. It starts out with me walking around at the end of a gun fight me and my platoon was just in. Im trying to find anyone else that’s alive but everyone is dead. I can see their faces clear as day. I walk past each member of my platoon and the longer it takes me to find any of them alive I start getting worked up real bad. My breathing starts to get faster. I can start to hear my heart beating away in my ears. I start to feel a little panic setting in. One by one I start making a mental note of everyone in my platoon. There’s just one last soldier left to find. After what seems like an eternity I finally see one last soldier laying on his side facing away from me. I get this huge knot in my stomach as I start walking towards this guy. Right away I get this overwhelming feeling like I know exactly who it is. Once I get next to him I take a knee and start to roll him over so I can see his face. That’s when I wake up covered in sweat trying to rip my shirt off because I think I’m covered in blood. There is no doubt in my mind that that is me laying there on the ground and I wake up every time just before I can see my face.
@@stankrod8012Thankyou for your service brotha! 💪💯 You Vets don’t get nearly enough help you guys need. It really upsets me. Did a event similar take place as the one in your nightmare? Mabye your brain was replaying that dangerous sequence or a combination of them all leading too that final “conclusion”. Glad your still here 🙏
@@johnnylego807 as far as getting into gun fights those were damn near a daily occurrence. The intensity of the gun fights wasn’t always that bad. Most would usually only last about an hour or so. But I was never in a gun fight where my platoon took a lot of casualties. It’s really strange to have this nightmare repeat itself over and over for all these years. Especially since it was a rocket propelled grenade that finally did me in and ended my second tour way too fuckin early.

I can't remember a time when I haven't dreamt lucidly. It could have something to do with the amount of LSD i've done.
Whenever I am in a dream and I realize it's a dream it always makes me wake up as soon as I try to control anything.
Same
Ach, man, I hate that!😖 Truly.
Whenever I realize I'm In a dream i wake up in another dream and when I wake up from that one I usually wake up for real but it takes me a while to make sure that I'm actually awake
Same here. I rarely have lucid dreams but when I do it seems like I wake up immediately after I realize I'm in control. But it's impossible to gauge how much time has passed while dreaming or how much of a dream I remember. So maybe I actually stay in a lucid dream longer than I realize because I can't remember the lucid part. Dreams are so ethereal that it's hard to pin down exactly what's happening when I fall asleep but it's a very interesting topic that I'm sure has some deeper cognitive function than we realize.
@taviorivera4859 you might be Leo in Inception
I have learned a way to control dreams and make them lucid. Get in the habit of touching every doorway you go through. I personally touch the top. When u get in the habit of doing it you will do it in your dreams and instantly know something is off.. then you can proceed to do what you want. I also know I'm dreaming when my teeth fall out. I know they will regrow and I can go fly around and stuff

The only lucid dream I've ever had was of a friend about a year after he passed. We had a short conversation. It's like we were face to face. It was so very real.
I started lucid dreaming after my mother died. I saw he in my dreams and we were talking. Then I realised my mum is dead and this must be a dream. Since then I had a lot of lucid dreams but I can only control what I say or do. Sadly I have not full control and can change everything. Sometimes it is like a video game or a movie. I can jump and fly around.
I have had similar. I believe we are visited by loved ones in our dreams.
Had one just like this after my mom died, we met in a coffee shop, we both knew she was dead and even talked about it in the dream. She talked about my future children.
That sounds like a visit
@@FlorianMark Same story here. After my mom passed when I was 19 I remember having some extremely vivid dreams about her, sometimes I wouldn't realize its a dream and I'd be reminded when I woke up but other times I'd realize if she was there it was a dream and it became lucid.

I remember a weird dream I had not long after my mum had died suddenly, she was in the dream as were other dream people, but at some point I somehow remembered that my mum was dead and therefore this person in my dream couldn't be my mum, when I asked the dream people who this person/my mum was they gave a different name as if they weren't seeing the same person that I was.

@@nickcarroll8565 I have sometimes wondered if something like that may go on, slipping into our alternative versions consciousness or something? I have 5 kids so I like the thought that there is a single version of me in an alternate reality that when he slips into mine he has a nightmare that he has got a huge family!!
Dreams are not quite what people think they are. Sleeping is almost like death. From my personal understanding and belief, your soul isn't quite at rest when you are asleep. It's in a state of superposition. It doesn't have form until it needs to, and It can wander around the fabric of spacetime while still being attached to your physical body.
This is why things like astral travel and remote viewing are possible. See, I think your soul acts kinda like a quantum particle. It exists in parts, can be in multiple places at once, and doesn't quite have a form like our physical body does.
Like in quantum entanglement, something that happens to one particle can happen to the other, instantaneously, and regardless of distance.
I've had lucid dreams that were so real that I thought the dream was actually real life until something woke me up. I've felt true physical sensations of flying, being physically hurt, and many other things. This indicates to me that obviously, while your body does exist idle in the physical realm, it's not the complete picture. Brain chemical reactions alone don't quite explain a lot of the mechanics behind dreams.
Time isn't really a thing. It’s only a measurement between objects and space to give lifeforms a grounding to base our perspectives around. When you are dreaming, this is why some people may get glimpses of the past, present, and future. Of different places, people, or events that have happened that you might have never had any knowledge of or experienced before. Your soul is able to cross the chronal barriers of time and space that are poised onto us in the physical world when at rest.
The idea of a "multiverse" is only a partially correct explanation, but not quite the whole picture. Some dreams can just be like mental hallucinate constructs, but others are very possibly you visiting a separate aspect of our reality. There are other dimensions and realities that occupy the same space as us that we just can't see, and some are distant outside of our spacetime fabric.
The question of the soul, consciousness, and dreams is very complex and would take much discussion and discovery to really understand. Although, understanding these things will help us advance the understanding of the physical world and how to mold it to our will. You also need to realize that the purpose of life isn't really to live it, but that it's all really just a test. Everything around you isn't quite what you think it is to be.

in 2014, i had a dream I woke up in my downtown Chicago apartment and the calendar said 1993. Confused, I went downstairs. Michigan Ave, the doorman, the cars, the trains / bus all look different. I went to Walgreens on State St and met a 22 year old girl studying at Loyola. She told me it was her dream to go to medical school. We get coffee and hung out in the city. The dream ends, I wake up confused. I Google the girl's name. First result was a Facebook and the picture was the same, but older, person I met in the dream. graduated from Loyola 1994 and Chicago Medical School in 2002. never heard of the name or seen her in my life. fast forward to today in 2024, i didn't remember her name but i have a personal video archive of myself talking into a camera, and I said it. her profile hasn't had any changes since 2014
You dreamed of a person and when you googled it she was a real person?
That’s scary…

Yes, please do a Lucid Dreaming episode and TEACH US!
I’m going to have a nightmare about this man now. The drawing was one thing, the video is another level of uncanny valley.
Also, Yes to a Lucid Dreaming episode. I've had dreams that felt very real before, but never any where I felt I was in control.
You have to realize that you’re dreaming
When you realize you’re dreaming you can control it
Every dream I have is lucid it’s annoying,I’d like to dream that I’m sleeping for once😂 I remember dreams as clearly as real memories, they aren’t bad dreams they’re just vivid. I wish they were more of a blur like other people seem to have
yes but unfortunately shortly after, you wakeup.@@theonewhowas7709
I have had a lucid dream several ok. I was actually able to waken myself by pure will. Very strange . But then dreams are very wierd.
@theonewhowas7709 thats part of it
Yahtzee! It's Thursday! I got my lizid person shirt on, hecklefish plushy finally came, and some ice cold adult beverages ready to go!! Let's get Lucid
Yes an episode about lucid dreaming please. I've recently started trying to do this and only have accomplished it once. I would love some tips on how to do this with greater frequency. Thank you for everything you do. ❤❤😊😊
@TheWhyFiles I would LOVE to see you do a video on Lucid Dreaming! This is definitely one of my new favourite channels! Keep the amazing content coming!!
Whoever writes for Hecklefish deserves some sort of comedy award. His schtick makes me belly laugh.
Writes for him? Hecklefish is as authentic as they come. He's reacting in real time!
Shows how good AJ is as an actor, talking to himself, in script.
He dropped a thinker today.
I agree!! 😁
Beaver hole! Beaver hole! Aaaah haha!
I constantly have dreams about falling behind in school. Sometimes the are so vivid I have to remind myself when I awake that I got through school and everything is fine.
Same here it's a very common dream
For me it's missing an exam or realizing I didn't take a class I needed and not being able to graduate.
I have had that dream, reoccurring for more than 20-years. Sometimes in the dream, I have to go back to high school to finish my degree (even though I'm in my 50's and have advanced degrees). So vivid.
@@Nixcb2 Yes, that too!
I have had that exact dream @@tommyboy1971
Yes, teach lucid dreaming. God knows we could use some kind of respit from the everyday grind.
I knew the story beforehand, but i wanted to watch simply because how you explain stuff, keep going!
I started lucid dreaming consistently as a child. By the time I was a teenager it was how I handled nightmares. Every nightmare became lucid and then I took over
Not lucid dreaming but when it's a nightmare I'll know it's aint real. I'll wake up tell myself "That's scary" then fell asleep again.
I also started lucid dreaming as a young child. I’ve had so many weird dream experiences since.
I also constantly had a lot of lucid dreams as teenager until I started waking up kicking and sometimes punching , then I realized that I could control my body during REM stage
I had very vivid dreams as a child. I learned how to lucid dream because of nightmares.
To many Fred Kruger movies love. That is the plot for all those movies.
I love the chair drop. Don't ever stop doing that. It's such a signature move.
I’ve never dreamed of this man, but I will tonight … thanks a lot! 😔
And when the movie comes out you'll go to see it.
Definitely a video of teaching us how to lucid dream!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
For 2 years , 1999-2000 I had reoccurring nightmares of standing on burning rocks in NYC looking across the Hudson River and feeling trapped. On 9-11-2001, I was one of the first rescue crews called to the World Trade Center.
In the years that followed, many other rescue workers said they dreamed almost the same thing.
I was on the pile of burning rocks. Many of my friends got trapped. I was lucky and did not. But I was there working for weeks .
I called a psychiatrist friend of mine and She told me the dream just meant I worked too much and missed my kids…..She was wrong. I was stuck in NYC for weeks. So don’t ignore dreams sometimes they really are prophetic .
You're a true hero!
I have a theory that part of the brain constantly perceives the future while the other perceives the present. This is related to retrocausality which is when the future influences the past and is part of Quantum mechanics.
🐂💩
Nah. Cool story though
@@CultofThingsI think you are correct.
The most memorable lucid dream I ever had, I was working on my old Ford Focus in my garage with my friend Mark. We had just gotten back from the auto parts store and we discovered we needed another part, I have no idea what part we needed. But knowing it was a dream, and not wanting to go to the store AGAIN, I decided to just "produce" what we needed with my mind. I decided to make it appear on my workbench, and so it did. I held it up and said "here Mark, I have one". He was very happy and immediately began to install it on the car..
Very nice. I need a firebird fuel pump, next time you're conjuring. Bravo on the control ability
I do that too
😮 that's awesome!!
You are the worst lucid dreamer on the face of the planet. Mark isn't there dude. Do anything you want.
I kept dreaming about the extension warranty.
Great episode. I have a reoccurring lucid dream where I am in control of myself, but the dream is always at the same couple of locations. I'd love to see you do an episode of how to train yourself to control your lucid dreams.
But if you’re in full control of your dream aka lucid dreaming you should be able to switch scenery?
well, I hadn't dreamt of this man before, but now I will! Thanks mate
Precognition is a real thing. Had a vivid dream that a man was thrown off a motorcycle in front of me. Two weeks later it happened. He died at my feet. Then for weeks my land line would ring with no one on the line. I rarely even remember my dreams but this one felt real.
As a kid I used to have dreams of mundane stuff like having a particular convo at school during lunch period, and it always happened about two weeks after I dreamed it, and I would always realize I dreamt it just after it happens. It still happens once in a while but I never tried to cultivate or focus this ability, so I guess it's vestigial at best at this point lol.
BTW: no. It's not just deja vu. Its definitely different.
100% I have had many dreams and then they have come true a few days to weeks later. Blows my mind sometimes
I had a premonition dream about my grandpa passing away at home 2 weeks before it happened. I woke up to my grandma screaming and immediately went to check on them. A couple weeks later I was woken up by her exact same screaming the same words.
It's weird, too. I only had a couple or so, but each time, because of the dream, I was able to verbalize what was going to happen before it happened.
@@DoorsToHideBehind156 I occasionally have premonitory dreams as well.
To my knowledge, Sheldon Cooper has never invaded my dreams.

I lucid dream very often. I realize what’s happening and I take full control, I’ll even just start flying on command when I want to.. I love dreaming. So many fun times. I feel like my control of them has somehow become stronger over the years too.
I fly and shoot fireballs. Good times.
Finally after so many years, I can control the speed of my punches in my dreams.😂
I also fly on command too.
Flying is something I always ehmm have/ do when I have a lucid dream. Man, lucid dreams are the best!!!
Thar sounds awesome! The only control I have in my dreams is waking up when I want. I don't know I'm dreaming, and I don't know about waking up, I just know, when things are f**ked up that I have this solution. This thing that I can do to get out of it. Turns out this thing is waking up.
I just have to say that your show is great. Hecklefish adds the perfect touch. Hilarious
Lucid dreams video, 100%, pleeeaase!
I have them fairly often, by mistake xD, I usually remember that Im dreaming during recurrent dreams. It feels like I have experienced this before and all of a sudden it comes to me that I did experience it but in a previous dream. From then on, I am free to do what I want, it's honestly the best thing! Would love to learn to do it on purpose though hahaha
Heck, I'm one of those who instantly forgets the details of my dreams the moment I wake up....
Same here.
Write them down as soon as you wake up. You will eventually remember your dreams, and even be able to control them because you’ll recognize the dream state and be aware you are dreaming.
dream journal is a must
I used to forget my dreams too and then I started keeping a dream journal. At first I would write down everything I remembered from any of my dreams. Now I remember most of my dreams because I can “pull” them back with me as I wake up. It literally feels like I’m pulling something along with me as I wake up. Now I remember most of my dreams, and write down the significant ones, ones I want to refer back to later. I use my dream journal to recall details about past dreams too. It’s a skill like any other to remember ones dreams! It just takes practice!
When I was younger, my sister and I had a shared dream. We both had the same dream from our own perspective. It still trips me out to this day.
same.
My cousin and I had a shared dream once during childhood.
Same
This happened to me, my brother had the same dream .. but when I got older and went over the details I realized *I* said everything about the dream and he just agreed ... he was lieling! :(
Again a few years later I called him on it and he admitted he lied ... Apparently this is very common and makes studying "Same dream reports" almost impossible.
Most ppl would freak out if they knew that there are things around them that their eyes cant see
My older brother had flying dreams that he could control. He loved them.
I've had a few of those, the adrenaline is crazy. Lol
I never had any dream where I was chased. I was usually the one doing the chasing
The one I remember the clearest (it’s also one of the oldest) is where two robbers ran downstairs where I was waiting and large steel doors keep falling down behind them and then I began chasing them since it was in my house. There was also an alarm ringing. I chased after them but they were fast. When I exited the garage they were driving away and I ran after them on the road. It was dark outside. I couldn’t keep up and eventually gave up, I walked towards the left edge of the road, I looked to the right seeing a truck coming towards me. I simply looked back down at the moat and then… I fell in it.
Just finished a night shift and thought “oo a new why files video, I’ll watch that before I go to sleep”
Thanks 😑

I have had lucid dreams since college -- over 30 years. I'm dreaming something and it hits me... "Oh, this is a dream."
I also have the old " wake up, then wake up again" film cliche dream. One time, it was four levels deep!
When I was a kid, I had dreams that came true. Not "deja vu"-- I could tell you what the next TV commercials were going to be, what people were going to say, etc. Sometimes up to 5 minutes in advance. As I aged, it stopped.
Either I don’t dream or I forget every single time. Very peaceful.

Not dreaming is strongly linked to sleep apnea..... you should get a sleep study. You can at least learn a lot about sleeping habits.... there are things that can be done about it

On the evening of January 5th, 1975 a ship hit the Tasman Bridge in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. 12 people died and the bridge collapsed. The really interesting part is how many people planned to drive over the Bridge that night and changed their minds.
Many years ago (I can't quote the reference) research was done into how many people cancelled airline tickets for planes that later crashed. There was a statistically significant correlation between the cancellations and the crashes.
