You can fix those plastic tabs. Mix super glue and baking soda together and glue the pieces back together with it. Cover well…everything but the hole. Let dry. Sand the glue smooth if you want. This “mix” is extra strong. Put some of this over the area you “welded”.

The dent puller worked pretty good on the saucer shaped dent, but the smaller ones I'm thinking no. I usually tack weld a nail or heavy guage wire in place and pull with vise grips. Or, you could take it to a body shop who would charge minimal to pull.( because you're a CZcams mongul) 😅😂 Great to see ThunderRoad on the water again. It'd be cool to get #11 ready in time for the Texas 200! Love what you're doing ❤

Whatever you do don’t try to drive that little Enduro at highway speeds during hot summer months. I had that exact model bike new, burned a hole in the piston on two occasions riding out to Grandma’s farm. The dealer had zero explanation. Good luck.

I think that dent pulling device would work better on a shallow dent rather than a smaller dent with tight creases. Still it didn’t do bad for what it is. Probably wouldn’t take one of the pointless dent removal people very long to repair the damage. Good to see you on the lake! Good luck with the 200!
