Love It CVVCLIPS Bro.
I love that Chavo is playing such an important role in Hollywood these days. So happy for him, and the movies and shows he works on are better for him being involved.
What other shows has he worked on? Heels?
@@hatchetmouth8211 He was an executive producer for Lucha Underground. Practically taught the film crew how to film wrestling matches. Remember that was Robert Rodriguez's film crew, so they were new to wrestling.
Eddie is proud forsure
He did GLOW@@hatchetmouth8211
@@hatchetmouth8211I heard he was also involved with GLOW…if not, then it was his brother Mando
I love that he is keeping the Guerrero wrestling alive by passing on the teaching.
Chavolito!!
Went and saw this movie yesterday. Loved it. Even cried a few times. You can see the effort that everyone put in to make this movie.
Met Chavo a few years back when he was helping on the sets of Young Rock. We were at a local arts festival and I heard him speaking behind me, and I immediately knew it was him. We spoke for only a few minutes and I thanked him for all that he’s done and does for the business. He’s a super kind person.
Zac is only 2 years younger than the age when Eddie died for reference
That cant be easy getting in the ring taking bumps at 36 for the first time
As someone who is 36 and has been training for a little over a year...yeah, it can hurt!
Thats funny im literally right down the road from rikishis school
@@Ballzon30fps im right down the road from Gillberg's school, in severn maryland, and I no shit have a Goldberg tatoo I got in 1998
Chavo seems like a really nice guy, I cant wait to see The Iron Claw
Me too friendo, CAN'T WAIT!
@@RemoWilliams1227 What pisses me off is that the movie will be released in couple of weeks in the US but the rest of the world must wait until february or even March. Im from Argentina I guess Il see it in two or three mounths
So nice that he was ripping Dom and Rey for using “Eddies moves” and now that Dom is mega over, Chavo loves it lmao. He’s a scumbag.
@@KelticTimlove Dirty Dom!
*_"OoOoooo, Chavo"_*
Chavo seems like such a top guy, massively underrated wrestler too.
I enjoyed watching the _High School Musical_ movies when I was a kid. I’ve been watching wrestling since I was 12 years old. Chavo training Zac Efron for the movie, one of the things to complete my life.
Chavo is so down to earth and I love it!
Guess those WWF title runs didn't go to his head . Mexy-cool was great work .
I hope after this movie Chavo gets a studio to green light the Eddie Guerrero biopic with Pedro Pascal as Eddie🔥🔥🔥
Idk about Pedro but Diego Luna would be better
I saw someone ask who trained Zac Efron for this movie they did a great job he knows his stuff and i put pretty sure it was Chavo love to see the work this man has been putting in in Hollywood for movies
Man, I hated Chavo when I was a kid but as the years have gone by, he's probably my second favourite likable wrestler outside the ring (Jericho will always be #1 for me).
I think it really comes down to the fact that Chavo and Jericho were the people in the world who actually gave a shit about David Benoit after Chris killed Nancy and Daniel since he was an innocent kid who suffered the worst day of his life.
If you hated Chavo, he did his job.
Stop drinking the Kool aid
Chavo is so cool. I met him once and my mate took a photo. When I went to go check the photo later it was so blurry and I was bummed. By chance, I pumped into Chavo later that night and told him that the photo we took earlier in the night was blurry. He said “come over here man” and we took another photo. Class act
Imagine if Zach leading up to the movie gets put in a program with a company. I’d love that
God no we don't need more celebrity involvement
He has said that if there was proper time to train and get stuff together, he would absolutely do a match. I think Jeremy Allen White said the same thing. Could see them doing an 8 or 10 man tag match.
I've seen different interviews from Chavo and his t shirt game is on point. He's wearing a shirt that features the old LA Olympic auditorium with his dad as a headliner against Piper. 🙌🏻
All that hard work totally paid off in the movie, it was amazing to watch!
You're the man, Chavo!
Happy for Chavo. Keep smashing it.
Okay Okay, now you have Chavo, another must watch segment😮😍
Chavo flexing on how good his training facility is crazy. 😂 we get it u doing good 👍🏽😂
That’s Kerwin White coming out
Got to promote his place so people will want to come train it is smart for business
He was flexing a lot more just that lol
Love CHAVO GUERRERO 💯💯💯💯🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
Im happy for Chavo, super nice guy with experience.
Love Chavo Guerrero legend for sure he looks better now then when he wrestled
A Guerrero movie? Hell yeah. Loved watching you and Eddie in the ring together.
Movies got great reviews, gonna go see it soon
side note one night I’ll always remember as a kid is the night highschool musical 2 premiered on tv I watched that back to back with a Saturday night main event lol
Shoutout to irvine california ! who knew irvine would be considered financially reasonable 😂 just shows how insane LA is lol
That’s crazy, and I thought Irvine was more luxurious than La since it has more beautiful buildings, clean streets and such 😂😂
LA is trashy af lol
Bruce Prichard said on his podcast that he's seen the movie already & it's really good but don't go see it expecting a Von Erich biography or a full blown wrestling movie. It's a movie based on the story of the Von Erich family. I'm looking forward to it regardless!
I think that's fine. If anything, it's better than making it a biography. The story of the brothers and what the industry did to them on it's own has so many twists and turns and sources of drama that you don't need to go into much else.
Exactly, it’s great if you go on knowing that
Ooh Chavo!
oh wow, you guys are both in orange county ! irvine is beautiful
Chavo looks great, 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Brando, damn dude you speak the truth!
Now I understand why the ring sequences looked so great.
Next time you see Mr Cena, ask him if it's the same car he used to drive up and down the strip at Hampton Beach NH? It was the very beginning of his career, and Matt Bloom(Albert)was famous, not because of wrestling, but because he was the biggest bouncer in the area!
Zac had a stunt double who is a veteran wrestler. Wonder how much he was used.
I have that t-shirt Chavo is wearing. Republic of Lucha, South Pasadena! Ca
Epic story
Good shit
Those pipes
Man Chavo is cool as hell! Zac couldn't have had a better teacher!
Was a big fan of Chavo as a kid. Dude deserved more titles
I didn’t know CVV and Chavo stay in the OC
Chavo from those wrestling families too.
I live about two miles from Rikishi's training school, which is next to the Van Nuys Airport, and I can attest the neighborhood isn't that good. So Chavo's not burying Rikishi's school, which looks nice by the photos online.
As long as you ain't looking shady at no one and mind your business, you can go in any neighborhood. Most shit that goes down in those ghettos are gang related. A random person driving by or walking through isn't going to have issues. Chavo is just too good for the hood
@mcq2879 you think there aren't lower level gang bangers that'll jump at the chance to make a quick buck off of a chump?
Don't know if it's the hat but Chavo looks like he hasn't aged at all!
I want that shirt
Just a quick question have been things done in wersteling promos that you have thought of this is one step to far of script..?
Was this recorded at Stupid Old Studios?
I couldn't even tell you which one in the movie was Zach but Chavo as a wrestler was easy to recognize
I can tell Chavo was tough on Zac 😂
What a nice guy chavo seems
I remember when I started "training" in pro wrestling in a backyard. The "MATT" was a layer of 3 carpets someone got rid of. Lol
Would have loved it if there was an actual facility an hour away.
If chavo was training wrestlers today we might have better phycology in the ring. Pay the man his millions
five minutes of a description of the facility. geez.
He could literally play Ken from Street Fighter. Or He Man
Still a great story telller
Van Nuys is part of LA
🔥Long live latino heat🔥
Next Zack should play the nature boy
Growing up i hated this guy seeing is real personality is shocking dude seems like such a likeable person
He is speaking like Sherwyn White
Hit movie? It's already out!?
It comes out on the 22nd
Saw it early access last week it’s great
Wow Chavo seems like such a cool guy.
Why wouldn't he be?
good for him but the fact he, who in my opinion, was a pillar of the wWE along with eddie at one point, find it financially hard to get a spot in L.A, considering he was with a billion dollar company......that's ridiculous.
Zac honestly had more of the physique of Kerry Von Erich than Kevin lol
Hope Zac has a clean bill of health after all the juice he had to take for this movie.
But did u make him Mexy-cool ??
lol what? Van Nuys is 100% a part of Los Angeles. “Not technically LA” …the valley is LA. It makes up the greater part of Los Angeles.
That's what people from van nuys say
@@Ludzig80% of the SFV is LA proper. Deal with it.
Remember pepe?
He repeated himself way too much isn’t the first minute.
Why don’t you get Kevin on so he discuss how he helped them with this movie, helped Zac Efron.
I’m sure there is a ton of material there right, do that if you’re a real dude.
He wanted to learn in ring work but didn’t want to drive for an hour? 😂 Brah, driving for an hour is nothing. Travel is a necessary part of training. Or even just getting a general feeling of the wrestling business.
Dunno how I feel the high school musical guy doing a role for a sport I love.... Mhmmm better be a good movie
High school musical was a good few years ago and even at the time he knew it wasn’t his best work, dude is a legit actor. Check out his Ted Bundy movie
@@TeamMemberNumberEight My mom saw him as the douchey, funny frat-bro, but when she saw Charlie St. Cloud and 17 Again, that was when she was more respectful of his acting chops. Then he did a bunch of other, funny but still more mature comedy roles. Then he started getting back into the harder stuff.
I mean, look at Foxcatcher, the movie with Steve Carrell, Channing Tatum, and Mark Ruffalo, nobody in tune with the Olympic freestyle wrestling circuit was very happy with those choices because they didn't seem like obvious candidates to play these legendary Olympic freestyle wrestlers. But they all put in a crap ton of work and the outcome was several nominations and a few wins as well at some big-time awards.
Zach is def not a list after. He’s a high c low b
couldn't they find and actors that are the right size? those guys are too short
Once he said his facility is in Irvine, there's a reason why it's so private there. People literally get pulled over for Jay walking in that city. Nice area but the people there make it stink
Chavo, you’re not training “actors”, you helped out with one movie man. This dude is the king of “look at me”
Uh, between Iron Claw, Heels, & Lucha Underground, he's got plenty of credibility
@@TheNightOwl11683 Iron Claw let’s wait and see what kind of numbers it does, Heels and Lucha have absolutely terrible ratings. He’s credibility vanished the second he went from hating on Dirty Dom to now loving him. I’m sure it has nothing to do with Dom being brand new when he hated him, and now that he’s mega over Chavo thinks he’s great. Naw, couldn’t be that.
You do know he doesn't write, direct, or handles the scripts. He just trains the people to wrestle, and he's done GLOW on Netflix. Pretty sure he's done more than that. Also he was a pretty good wrestler back in his younger days.
@@tinocontreras5105 pretty sure I didn’t say he wrote or directed anything. He was an ok mid carder at best, without Eddie he was terrible, but he acts like he’s Gods gift to wrestling. Like how he was ripping Dom for “stealing” Eddie’s gimmick when Dom first broke in, but now that Dom is over he loves him. He’s a scumbag, there’s a reason he’s been blackballed.
@@TheNightOwl11683 he also did GLOW and was in the show too
This dude is sketchy being around both Benoit and Eddie Guerrero right before they die. It’s those closest to you. Then all of the sudden, out of the blue he’s the wrestler out of any wrestler Hollywood comes to?
yeah... Zac Efron is NOT A list.
agree. not yet. But this role is the first time I ever took him serious. I think it's all about the roles. A few more like this and he will be A list.
Is this guy flexing his arms the whole time?
Chavo I love you but damn you cannot tell a story for shit.
Zack is not a A list actor stop
A bunch of idiots in the comments not calling out the disrespect.
And I don’t mean Chris or Chavo, real fans will say F that movie for ignoring the source and not working with Kevin at all.
Real fans of what, being lame?
If you're a fan you'll support the movie.
@@redrick8900I mean, I can't say it's good or bad until I see it, but from what Zac and Harrison have said is it's the story going from the 60s to the 80s and they had to cut out some parts of the story so they could fit it into a 2-hour script. That's why it probably won't feel complete.
@@zaynes5094 None of that has any relevance to me.
I thought Kevin approved and gave his blessing
Chavo sucks. Dom will have the career he had .
you dofus the valley is LA . do your homework more you fanboy
If chavo was training wrestlers today we might have better phycology in the ring. Pay the man his millions
