The logic is ludicrous: they returned the pug dog, but they exchanged it for the suit. Even so, they have to pay for one or the other. Vinnie should know that.

I watched this many times with my dad over 30 years ago. We still use the term "pug dog logic" when someone uses odd reasoning for something.
