Sometimes when KEXP uploads new content it doesn't work for me, sometimes I assume that's going to be the case, based on the artists name. Afterall, I'm a jazz/funk/industrial/EDM/classical/rock/metal kind of guy. I know what i like and I like it a lot. But KEXP has shared so much brilliant content that I try to give everything a fair shot. And damn am I glad I did in this case. Whether or not the name "Cassa Overall" means anything to you or resonates with you... this is a musician with talent, vision and guts. Thanks KEXP for another great session.

Kassa is so good. He's been top shelf since forever and I had the privilege of attending high school with him and other famous musicians at Garfield. Proud to see these folks get the notoriety they deserve.

I love KEXP, I really do, I don’t like all their stuff but I always give it a go but Jesus H, this was like ‘Vic and Bob’ pissing about. Pretentious gubbins played and pretentious gubbins spouted, not to mention the ridiculous reverence in the presenters tone, which was hilarious.
Don’t namecheck Coltrane et al if all you’re gunna do is fart into a microphone.
