Songs can be a new land mark and/or an old reminder of the sweetest and worst times in life. Sometimes i believe music may be the very thing that keeps us humans going. Glad you still can listen to your favourites. I truly hope when we die we may still enjoy music the same wherever we go
I have always liked Skinshape but was never a hardcore fan. I stumbled upon this while looking for a work playlist; this is a treasure. It is so difficult to find great work music and lo-fi doesn't do it for me anymore. This is precisely the instrumentation and the rhythm I needed to hear my thoughts and work efficiently. Plus, it has that anxiety calming effect 🦄

I just read your comment and would like to recommend this band, (Full Album) - Cigarettes After Sex, it's very similar in tone to the Shinshape. Easy listing while working.

i discovered Skinshape about a year ago or so when i started listening to Khraungbin radio on Pandora. I typically cant listen to music with words while i work but Skinshape's sound is so calming that I've found my focus is better when listening to it. Grateful listener

I remember the first time I heard I Didnt Know. I just got my heart shattered by someone I thought was my soul mate. I was devastated, suicidal and purely exhausted at the human experience. The music really helped talk me down from the ledge. Music heals.

Crazy how music gets tied to some of the most beautiful memories of your life. Only after some time has passed and you listen to the music again, do you realize how wonderful it was. To be so young, filled with hope and wonder. All while sitting next to the love of your life. Played this today while cleaning the house and we both looked at each other with this look of reminiscence, completely at ease that it was with each other we experienced what we did. The growth I’ve documented with this album will go down as part of the soundtrack to our lives. Love to come back here a every now and then… blessed ♥️
