I have done all your video workouts and love them all! This trail is captivating and so difficult. Love your enthusiasm as you describe all the "fun bits". You and Jeff make it look very easy. The best moment is when you share the story of Jeff linking his arms in your wheel saving you from disaster. I think you had to get married after that! :)

Great Feedback. We didn't want trail sounds to be annoying. Much of it might be heavy breathing if we are not careful😜. We are going to see what we can do to add better trail sounds. Thanks for the suggestion.

This was such a great virtual ride. I loved everything about it. My only comment: Towards the end, you said at one point ... “I don’t know about you, but I’m starting to get really tired” (or something like that... and I was thinking.... yeah....she’s right....I’m tired...BUT what I wanted to hear was something like.... You’re not tired...You got this!”
