Great info Matt. I live in Ellendale which has a couple planned projects in the years to come. It's interesting how sometimes it takes a few minutes to be able to pull out of a side road onto Milton Ellendale Hwy because the traffic string of vehicles coming from Rt 113 when the light turns green flushes them through town. It will get worse but I remind myself at least I don't live around DC.
Again, your info helps all of us residents in lower slower DE. I support sustained local growth, but the local infrastructure must happen as well especially widening the roads. Thanks Matt!
Appreciate you!
Thank you
who are the builders in the new homes part
Still at developer stage - has not been revealed who will be building in there just yet
So much for being a small town. Why do you need the gigantic residential and business complex in every nice small town, Delaware? Yeah, you are going to make more money, but you are going to spend more than you make over the years with traffic, crime and road infrastructure.
Because Delaware is corrupted.
Sounds like you’re gonna need MORE PARAMEDICS.
