I enjoyed the tour, serene area, slow, quiet and relaxing...no heavy traffic. I'm thinking..in 10 yrs time this area will be bustling with noise and traffic galore. Ugh. 😢

I visited that neighborhood back in late June 2023. We toured an unfinished home that was almost a million. Nice older lived in community. Watched till the end. 😊

Love these videos as were looking to move to Vegas Valley in 2 years. So overwhelmed on options…I’ve been to all parts of Vegas except the east side. Looking for good schools above all and low crime area…
The east side is NOT where you want to live. 😊
Not a very good video, too much playing on the map and not enough showing of the homes, couldn’t see any real estate at all thumbs down 👎🏼
