There are one or two restaurants in Green River that visitors seem to like. My daughter has gotten hooked on the Mexican Food food truck so she always insists on stopping there.
Goblin Valley is very unique. If you've seen the movie "Galaxy Quest" part of it was filmed in Goblin Valley.
If you ever have the chance you should to the entire Cathedral Valley loop.
