Does anyone have good luck getting a Pixel 5 on Android 11 (LineageOS 18.1) to work? A few months ago, I followed Munchy's September video and successfully got it to work with the Riru method. Unfortunately, it started to fail again a few weeks ago. So I upgraded to Magisk Canary this time and followed this video to the letter but it does NOT work! By the way, I do notice that when I add Google Play Services to the DenyList, it does NOT survive a reboot. Why? Thank you all in advance

There is 2 version of magisk, what magisk that should I installed?
And what step we must do if my android 12 phone want to be rooted with some just like magisk hide? My phone just be unlocked & installed twrp v. 3.6 with no internal storage acees, but I have SD card in it

error I met at V24 is not possible to denylist Google Play Service when installing Modul SafetyNet-Fix. That makes me unable to pass Safety Net and use the bank application.

Strange, I followed everything as you showed and I passed all the Safetynet tests, but it still says the device is not certified in Play Protection certification. Will that be a problem?

What about banking apps and apps which detect root. Citibank app, mobikwik app they still report root even if we try configuring deny list for them. Is that the right way ?

Question:
Will this certification alone make you pass SafetyNet and be able to use banking apps and Netflix? It sounds too good to be true, have you tried this?

@@olitonottero7620 No it won't. Tried 2 x different ROM's on three different occasions. Every time I flashed a new one I was assigned a complete new GSF number and in order to use Google play services i must have registered it. Otherwise you just get an error message saying device ist certified.
After you register your GSF number, you just simply wait. Depends on Google how quick they will register your GSF. The shortest I waited was 15 minutes and the longest just over 25 hours.
No matter which ROM I was on and how many times I registered my phone the message in Google play settings always shows "This device isn't certified,"so registering your phone with Google doesn't mean your device will be automatically certified and definitely doesn't mean it will pass the safety net.
In fact I still cannot pass mine and tried almost everything.
Anyway hope this helps mate.

I tried all steps, but still getting CTS Profile Check error, other conditions are passed, help!
I tried twice your install suggestions, all is easy to understand. But CTS still will not pass, Running a Pixel3, Lineage 18.1 + Magisk 24.3 or Canary (tried both) + safetynet-fix-v2.2.1, also when installing satetynet it clears the Play Services that I had ticked. Any ideas ? Thanks for the video :)

one problem. denyllist config for play services does not retain after restart. appears to be a bug so i guess we can lay back until it is fixed. that aside i enjoyed the clarity of your guide.

My safety net is pass but still shows your device is rooted in all payments app and my Jio app and for play store safety net passes ....as per procedure i did hide all these app by magic hide and multiple times did clear data and uninstall app inspite of i got negative results 😑😑😑😑
