A ton full of thanks to the uploader - Munchy, for such a wonderful tutorial. Got the idea behind, understood the process and was successfully able to root my Lenovo M10 HD tab. Got the boot.img file from the zip file extraction of the firmware, downloaded separately and then followed this tutorial. The only additional command I ran before the fastboot flash, was oem unlock-go, thereafter the flash and reboot command. Also I had set the ADB path in Env variables, hence fired the commands from the command prompt directly without navigating to the path. Thanks once again for this great video, liked and subscribed...Cheers!

Download & install?". Once I clicked OK, it said Downloading Magisk Manager, and then "Please manually re-launch the app".
When I opened Magisk, the "Installed" tab still stated "N/A". But when I did the Root Checker, my phone is already rooted. In the Magisk app, there is no button to do Magisk Hide for certain Apps.

Gonna try both flashing my device(again) and this method of rooting.
I flash my phone with a different rom yesterday and it was actually very easy, no need mi flash u just need platform-tools, and Mi Drive to install a fast boot driver(ps. u have to be very quick when manually updating the driver in the device manager while the phone is in fastboot mode, or it will reboot in about 10-15secs and). The method I used is flashing without the mi flash, it's very easy and there are many videos that can help u in doing these steps. Note: You need an Unlocked Bootloader to do this.
Edit1: I managed to flash my phone from Global to EEA(Upgrade) to Global(Downgrade buggy EEA) again
Edit2: stuck in bootloop 😅 gonna flast it again with global rom
