Thanks for the video, found mine completely clogged, removed and replaced it with a new one and that cleared the "P0402 excusive EGT flow detected". Cleaned up the old one for a backup if it clogs up again.

Thank you for the great video. My MAP sensor was very dirty, just like what you had. I have a 2019 F250 Diesel and it would hesitate when taking off on a cold engine. After cleaning the MAP sensor, I tested the truck again and no codes and the turbo would pick up right away with no hesitation. I had changed the air filter prior to cleaning the MAP sensor and that did not help.

You are the man!!! I installed a new Perfomance intake on and it must have pushed a bunch of carbon through or because it’s got 70k on it it just got nasty. It was completely plugged. Cleaned it and the check engine light went right off!! Can’t thank you enough

Hello. I have the same issue and same code on my 2017 F350 with 147k miles. Replaced the MAP sensor and also the EGR. Not real sure what to do at this point. I only get the problem when I put my travel trailer on it and under a load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cleaned map sensor with a little brake cleaner. Let dry in sun all day. Put back in. Took drive, noticed lack of power. Noticed turbo pegged at 4. Turn off/on same. Was going to have friend who is fleet mechanic, look at later, but he says had a t least 2 that were map sensor. Bought new for $82. Turbo back down to zero instantly. Power is back, codes went away after several drives. All good.

      @@blautomotive7230 thanks, I had a situation where,
Driving down 275 I gunned it and noticed when I got home that the OEM turbo Guage was stuck in the 40psi position. Turbo sounded differently but I turned off the truck. Waited about 20 min turned back on and everything seems normal. My question, what can cause this to happen,l? The plastic intake on the top being clogged? The MAP sensor being bad?
Just would like to know if there is anything I could do to fix it on my own. Thanks again.
