- Mrs FishLocker has been asking me to lay a patio in the garden for some time and Mr Haze kindly offered to help. So in return we overfed him and shared some of the wonderful things we love to do in Cornwall. This video is a collection of clips over 3 dives and 1 days fishing we managed in between landscaping. Thank you very much Paul and I look forward to meeting up again. For anyone interested in Bushcrafting or wild camping then I wholeheartedly recommend Pauls channel @HazeOutdoors

Hi mate, after watching your video about different types of fishing line and bread, I decided to purchase a 1000m spool of 40lb bread from spectra!
What a nightmare, the spool came so full, it was loaded above the sides of the spool, so there was nothing stopping the bread from just unravelling of the edges!
Just wanted to ask, is this common, or was I just unlucky?

Hi, great video, I just caught Five bass, 2 of them over 500mm using smokey bacon on a size 8 hook in Lymington marina, can't believe it, just experimenting and it paid off !.

wow great video again,,I had just finished watching Haze in the highlands day 6 then yours came up next john..fantastic colours in the water again..The weather is weird again torrential rain here in Lancs ( sunday /monday )...but much needed..fished 3 venues last week and all fished bad no one was catching ..but i did ok because of watercraft knowledge ..find the best oxygenated water and you have more chance of fish ..all the best and enjoy your new patio ...also cheers to hazy ...great character..thanks from lancs ..

Another great video John - cracking underwater footage as usual. A First for me too - I'd never heard of or seen a black faced Blenny. Nice to see another collaberation with Paul. You missed a trick though - you should have put footage (complete with banter!) of the Patio build out on the Workshop channel! Hope you and the Fam are all good - stay safe & well. 👍👍

I was snorkelling off my local beach, Aberdaron in August and was noting the many jellyfish about inc Portuguese man o war which I was avoiding like the plague! Anyway I felt a horrible stinging on the back of my neck and thought I had been stung by one. Anyway I touched my neck and felt something there so I got hold of the culprit and to my surprise it was a little honey bee which had decided to use me as a raft.

@@TheFishLocker I was half a mile out having swam out from the beach so it was the last thing I expected. Anyway it wasn’t all bad as I went home with a nice male spider crab for crab & salad sandwiches for tea.
Anyway please keep your entertaining vids coming as they’re great to watch when I’m unable to get out fishing 😉👍🏻

I recall finding things on wrecks that others have lost and coudnt find again. It seens these things stand out sometimes and it make you ask, how did they not find it?. Expensive sunglasses were a fave. Had a mates son whod take a plastic bucket down onto wrecks and clear off parted tackle and snagged pirks, hed done a deal with his local tackle shop whod re sell it off for donations for worthy causes.... win win !

I know I won't be doing what you guys are doing but I can't wait to get down to Cornwall and do a spot of crab hunting with my son, he's got learning difficulties and autism and loves the ocean. Great video again!!
