#1. A solid diet and avoid addictive substances such as sugar.
    #2. A healthy sleep pattern.
#3. Don’t be so controlling, let them explore sometimes.
#4. Praise the good things they do.
My oldest has social anxiety, so generally her problem isn’t not getting what she wants, it’s too much unfamiliarity. So I keep her focused on me and objects around her.

One of the biggest ways to manage behavior is to avoid triggering it in the first place :-) Parents can help avoid tantrums and meltdowns by building a strong and positive relationship with their child, teaching emotional regulation skills in a fun way and practicing them regularly, and changing how they interact with their child. All this takes more work on the front end, but pays off in a big way pretty quickly.

    Excellent tips @BrightSide
The most important thing is to understand why your child is crying or throwing tantrums. There may be many reasons behind this. But to start with, you need to start communicating with your child on a daily basis. Communication doesn't necessarily happen verbally but by also showing your warmth and love towards your child.

Number ONE : do not put a child on this world if you don't intend to stop working. You can not be a parent for only eight weeks. Tantrums are often just a way to get your attention for at least a minute because mommy or daddy is always "busy" Children need a lot of time with relaxed parents.

ya its nice video. many children have difficulty regulating their emotions. Tantrums, outbursts, whining, defiance, fighting: these are all behaviors you see when kids experience powerful feelings they can’t control. While some kids have learned to act out because it gets them what they want - attention or time on the iPad - other kids have trouble staying calm because they are unusually sensitive.

Something I did when my daughter was little (now 24).
When she fell and started crying, I said, "You broke the floor, look there's a hole." I said it ad of asking a question out of curiosity without yelling. Then I walked on the floor area where she fell and acted as if I tripped and said "Whoa". I did that 2-3 times. Then I said we have to fix this.
That's when she started to giggle.
Doing this caused her distraction away from the fall and onto movies silliness.
    Distraction Works.

#10 dad that we habe to tell people to adequately prepare you kids for an outing by feeding and resting them. Tantrums on the other hand can be confused with legitimate escalation in crying as a result of pain, hunger, etc. My grandson from birth seemed to be throwing a tantrum. This grew worse as he physically grew stronger. It was tempting to wonder if he inherited his grandpa's bad temper. But i kept wondering if he was in pain. It usually occurred when he was placed in his back (diapering and naps) or in the carseat. At about 1 yo, we took him for specialized physical therapy to address torticollis and mild foot metatarsus abductus. The therapist discovered his sacrum and spine were messed up. He corrected the muscle and fascia tension and VOILA! Instantly the angry tantrums stopped and he cooperates with diaper changes, carseat, and totally sleep on his side. BUT fast gorward to 18mos. Now if he doesn't get his way he has tantrums!

Good advice. Also don't ever give kids treats to calm them down. That eliminates many potential tantrums and reduces addition to candy and food that is bad for them.

Having children is great... As long as you treat the with respect... Love..... Honesty.... And teach them how to be kind, Care, love and respect other. And Never Ever spoil them ...... Because if you just cave and give them whatever just get your children to stop crying..
Think acting is ok.....No..... parenting is not easy all admit...but it is important to Kwon it can get better

Reading really scares my little princess at the beginning as she might make errors. I used this reading guideline *4ChildrenReading. Com* for two months and later discovered that she is already reading beginner novels by herself! We`re very impressed with the outcomes! The program is great for any age limit.?

Start from infancy (the very day they're born) teaching sign language. By the time they're 5, they will be fluent. Also, their cognitive and learning skills will greatly improve. In doing this, their reading and spelling skills will improve giving better grades in school.
