    Thanks! Try to practice this exercise first by sitting of the edge of the pool doing kicking and then go ahead and do laps. Also make sure your feet and completely relaxed and pointing inside. Good luck!

    Really nice kick. Looks very efficient. My question is that while you kick, how do you control the muscle group around your hip? As we see in the demonstration, it's inevitable that hips would swing a bit from side to side slightly as a result. However, do you try to stabilize your hip during the kick? Or do you use your hip swing "consciously" to initiate the kick?
