I had red light therapy 45 years ago after I had a traumatic birth , grade 4 rip.I had it for 20 minutes for 3 days in a row and it was amazing, never seen anything like it since.never seen it used in hospital either , I presume they stopped using ut , god knows why

I've been using it for 4 days now.
I can't tell if it's working yet.
