I lived in Moscow some years back. I was always surprised with the obsession with иномарка.
The fact is there more person becomes wealthy in Moscow there more they falsely think that Russia is not good country for them. So my advice for these ones - let it go! Go to West! You'll find a lot of experience there, and you will probably start loving you home - Moscow Russia!

I was visiting the USA and couldn't believe how dirty the metro stations in NY city was, how much trash on the streets of NY city and how many homeless people on the sidewalks. Very scary and depressing.
you may laugh, but Moscow is not considered such a clean city in Russia. Now I live in Moscow and it does not seem to me such a clean city (I mean the central areas, despite the fact that, of course, it is relatively clean there) compared to St. Petersburg, where I lived, and it is even cleaner there. But the residents of St. Petersburg themselves do not view it as so clean, lol. I was in Minsk (the capital of Belarus) - I was amazed at how clean the streets there were compared to St. Petersburg, I would say sterile. Of course, in Russia there are also the opposite examples of regional cities, some of which are quite dirty. But having visited different cities, I definitely do not consider Moscow in the top of the cleanest Russian cities.

Interesting fact:
0:36 - As you can see, there is no doors in the door frames - on all ground lobbies of Moscow metro stations (Metro, MCD and MCC), the second doors are removed in the summer (there are almost always 2 rows of doors - at the entrance to the lobby and at the entrance to the station) so that there is more fresh air inside.
In winter, they are returning to make it warmer inside.

👍🙏🌷💛🇷🇺💛 When you build for the people and not for your pocket, it will be great and beautiful, and no doubt it will bring profit as well.
Thanks - my best wishes from Moscow
THANK YOU Russell. Your video's shed a fresh light on Russian daily life. Altogether not like the info we get in my country where Russia is painted with a sombre brush. Carry on please with your illuminating films.
I cannot thank you enough for this video. So proud of Russia having state of the art PUBLIC infrastructure (compared to where I live which has none). You have such sunny disposition, it is always a pleasure listening to you.
It seems that sanctions have enabled Russia to improve their infrastructures for the convenience of their people.
Thanks to the sanctions, we have opened our own production facilities
That's the 4th version of the train with pretty small changes compared to the previous version. So that's not sanctions, that's what Russian trains look like
@@MrDaedra88 that's what Moscow and may be few other trains from few russian cities look like. I've used suburman trains in Ryazan oblast recently, it looked like from dark ages ))) Well, ok, nothing very special indeed about them, may be not cleaned to much and the toilet...well, you know how it looks ))
@@Mary0Kule you can't have everything up-to-date in such a big country. Ivolga is one of the most advanced modern Russian trains but there's still a lot of old ones in use just because they do their job well.
I voted for the video of the new train IVOLGA 4.0! thank you for the wonderful train tour!!!! very cool Russell !!!
Professor, today I met a former Coast Guard female Engineer Mate now designing “Ships” We girls, some of us, love our ships and guys love their trains!
Russel, you are bloody good and informative in your videos.
xxx from NZ🤗
Love Moscow region public transport🇷🇺❤️
Those chairs and the whole train look slick! Much better than the yellow / blue mcdonalds theme type of trains 😂 Really cool that they let the public vote on this kind of thing. I wonder what kind of colours Aussies would vote for if we had a chance.
черно желтый! цвета пчел убийц)))
cheers from California! So refreshing to see something about Russia that doesn't talk about it being "evil " or smth
Love it! As my joke comment, it seems no matter what country you're in, construction will always involve 5 guys standing around looking down a hole. :D
Good one!
Witam. Pociąg robi naprawdę duże wrażenie. Nie dziwię się że rosyjska firma wygrała przetarg na dostawy pojazdów elektrycznych do Indii, pokonując w przetargu zarówno Alstom oraz Siemensa.
this is outskirts line train, there is also Sapsan, bigger one and faster, but what is interesting Russia since 2024 started building super fast Bullet type railway
The trains look even better than in Japan .. that's something to say
Russia has high end infrastructure on par with most western European countries, if not better… low public debt too. Russians should be proud of their government and their country.
Мы и гордимся...!
Moscow and a few more cities are good... The rest of all is horrible. 😂

Beautiful and clean trains and stations.
Indeed it makes sense that they would future proof a station like that, that way it saves them from expanding it in the future.
Слава и честь матери Страна, слава Владимиру Владимировичу Путину и народу Российской Федерации.
И всем Россиянам и всем кто хорошо относится к русскому!
Точно
Esta reluciente de limpio.
I would be very glad if Mr. Trudeau would watch your video, maybe Canada would start to improve.

@infergenist2854: Canada is bancroft! Lot of poor people!
@andjelkaninkovic5160
Please don't make me upset then I'm ... 😭
@infergenist2854 : did you know that? This is reality in Canada.
@@andjelkaninkovic5160,все равно,не расстраивайте канадцев,им от вашего коммента не становится легче.
Greetings and love from Russia!)
I vote for the train video too. It is very important that visual table in this train is useful and informative and train is impressive and comfortable. Thank you for the video! 🚉🚉🚉🚉😊👍
Thank you, Russel. You have such great positive attitude- thank you for living in Moscow and truly enjoying it.
My pleasure! )))
Oh Yes! Excellent, the middle door!
Sharon Shneyer, I would love to watch your video, but for right now I don't have the strength to watch something so long, but keep doing what you are doing, we need to get the word out about rail. I'm a former rail and transit activist, in the Southeastern PA area. I know I will look it up and watch it when I am in a better place.
Thank you so much. I think this was a litter longer than most of my usual videos. Which are about 25 or 30 minutes. It's tough to fit everything in sometimes. I hope you're doing ok. I am glad you enjoy the channel.
It was a pleasure to travel with you. Thanks mate, good on ya!
Everything is thought out for people, even every little detail. A very impressive and futuristic train. The West has lagged far behind Russia.
> Everything is thought out for people, even every little detail.
It is a revived design from 1930s, from the Soviet Russia, the first country in the world where people's comfort was the highest priority for the government
