Dude, that's a wonderful little apartment. Seriously only $300 a month? I would be elated to find an apartment that nice for double that. Even in my rural backwoods area, you're paying no less than $800 a month for a basic one bedroom apartment that isn't half as nice as this one.

Here in Albany, NY USA is apt would run around $1200 and up depending where in Albany it was.

I have 2 acres, a 1500 sq ft home. 3 bedrooms. 2 full baths. 1000 sf of deck. Above ground pool. 600 sf garage/shop. For about 800 usd a month. 🤷‍♂️

I'd say for a single guy, maybe on a 2-year business assignment, guessing $400-$500 month. That's contingent on a quality winter-capable car rental paid by my employer or contractor. Re pets : allowed? I'm a cat person. Any stipend from renter for extreme cold (I live in Maine. Minus 60 C plus wind on the 30th floor? Lots of extra wool blankets I hope!)

I notice people back their cars into a parking space instead of driving into it. I've been doing that for decades, and people think Im stupid for it. I don't care what they think, it's safer to do it like that. Its really weird that the entrance door security box displays ENGLISH instead of Russian. I would think Putin wouldn't allow that. Nice older apartment, but WAY too clausterphobic for me. Especially the toilet and bathroom....wow thats small!!!

The buildings on the outside look brand new and up to date and modern and very nice. The interior looks like a prison from the 60s. That apartment looks like something from the 60's. The interiors do not match the exteriors at all. I couldn't live there, I'd feel like a caged prisoner. I live in a one bedroom apartment in Texas, and I pay $1100.00 a month for rent. And this is the "cheap" apartment!

Who on earth would want to live in some place 50 km outside Moscow? You may as well live in Cheltenham....

Το ενοικιο ειναι αρκετα φθηνο, ισως και εδω να το ευρισκες με τοσα, αν και τα τελευταια χρονια, τα μικρα διαμερισματα λογω φοιτητων, τα εχουν ακριβοτερα, ας πουμε 400-500 ευρω. Βεβαια, παιζει ρολο που ειναι το διαμερισμα . Φιλια, καλη διαμονη.
