- Quick, effective and sweaty is the motto for this workout. Using only one dumbbell you will hit every muscle in the body while also getting the heart rate up.
This workout is also all standing, no up-down exercises, and because of the exercises chosen for this workout, you will also get a great core workout.

Did this one after recovery from Covid which - even with 3 vaccines and a milder variant - sucked all my energy out. It was just the right length. This morning, I am feeling pretty much my whole body with emphasis on my ham strings and glutes! Great little work out!!

Thank you PJ!!! I've been away for too long (a surgery followed by a broken foot) and am so out of shape! It was so great to get a little sweat on without any impact to my foot. This is exactly what I needed... a shorter workout that I could feel tired from yet still finish. I'm at the bottom of the hill, and it's a climb to the top, but step by step I'll get back!

I always come back to this one. BTW taking care of my animals and just waking up at 5-530 I find myself out of time. This workout got me to 168 bpm at one point! So its short but packs a 👊!

That was a great little work out. I like short ones to help me rebuild a home exercise habit. It's too easy to put off the longer ones :-) I just burned through 3 hefty fantasy novels in a trilogy over the last 2 weeks and a few late nights :-)
