This dude refuses to update his PC, doesn’t use a VPN, almost certainly doesn’t have any form of antivirus protection or firewall, and probably uses abcdefg1234567 as his passwords. He is literally the reason why Windows now forces you to update your stuff.

classic dsp, instead of researching how to do something better with what you have, just brute force a solution until it works. 3 different channels? use three different browsers of course! need to talk to a stream and to a game partner? two mics is obviously the only solution, ignore every single other streamer who manages to talk in a game and to a stream and to a discord call all with a single mic.

I honestly don't know what he thinks his audience is. Either adults or children. Because he talks like he's talking to adults. But then explains simple stuff in such detail that it sounds like he's talking to children.
19:51 actually the lights do have a practical use, he explained so just a few moments before he made fun of them. It's to give you a very obvious visual indicator if the mic is on or off.
Ordering anything online and opening it when it arrives gives the same feeling as pulling a 5 star Hogan in WWEC. It can become crack levels of addiction to some people and literally destroys their lives. Especially if a hoarder falls victim to the addiction. DSP did say he enjoys doing unboxing videos because, lets face it, the videos require zero effort to make. His "DSP tries it" videos are just him making a video about what he ordered for lunch literally a minute ago from McDonalds, so it's easy to see him doing "unboxing videos" about whatever he happens to order.

Why is his PS5 so far away from his setup? I swear, he HAS to have the most inefficient setup ever made. No HDMI switcher to switch between consoles on the fly if needed, no HDMI splitter to output to multiple sources at once (and, also, usually strip HDCP stuff), setup more than 6 feet away from him...
And that's not even getting into the fact that his TV is in one direction and his chat is in another, so he CONSTANTLY has to crane back and forth between gameplay and chat, or just ignores chat altogether, then gets pissed when chat starts chatting amongst themselves.
Phil takes the SIMPLEST things and makes them so complex. It's really amazing to see, but not how he wants it to be.
I swear he needs to be studied by experts there has to be a new unknown symptom to be found studying him.

i find it funny that he has a FiFine microphone but yet somehow, he called it a cheap Chinese knockoff microphone, I have one of their 50-dollar AM8 microphones, and it works great as a desk mic plus it has the option to upgrade using it with a dedicated XLR audio interface.
In addition, they seem to be establishing themselves as a pretty competitive budget brand in the 'streamer gear' space.

I haven't tried a lot of electronics from Amazon directly, but what I learned from glancing over reviews is that these chinese products are usually way cheaper than their counter parts but you basically gamble if they work well or not. Then again, I am not sure why he even needs mic like that one. He has headsets withs mics on them right? Why not use those?
