After watching this video I had to count all 10 of my fingers. Thumbs Up. I was able to count up to nine fingers. I lost a finger watching this video.
I'm not into safety-ism, but a couple of those machines looked exceptionally dangerous.

These homemade firewood processing machines may be dangerous, but they are also incredibly powerful and efficient.
The 4th one showcased is actually a fairly smart design. Not as easy to use as some of the others, but doesn't have an excessive pinch point, has no dangerous moving parts near hands, and actually has a proper e-stop switch at an easily activated level if needed. Tis probably the only really safe one out of the bunch.
Hmmm, I would like to see these machines work some American hardwoods,,,,,

Dangerous? Any machine can be dangerous if improperly used. Common sense is the biggest factor in safety.
That last machine was set up alot better for length the wood was cut. Alot more practical.
