Sony FX30: Do APS-C Lenses give you "more light?"

- I've always wanted to know by TESTING these things myself if APS-C Lenses give you "more light" than a Full-Frame lens when ON the same camera and AT the Same F-STOP Number.
It's not all one-to-one when talking strictly the numbers written on the lenses......so, nothing better than to just test these things.
